Frukt \u00e4r lite av en drog f\u00f6r mig, inte bara p\u00e5 grund av sin f\u00e4rg och smak, men f\u00f6r alla dess h\u00e4lsof\u00f6rdelar och f\u00f6r att de hj\u00e4lper kroppen att h\u00e5lla sig frisk och pigg!<\/p>\n<p>1:Frukt \u00e4r l\u00e5ga i kalorier och fett och \u00e4r en k\u00e4lla till enkla sockerarter, fibrer och vitaminer som \u00e4r viktiga f\u00f6r h\u00e4lsan.<\/p>\n<p>2: Frukt ger massor av bra kostfibrer, som hj\u00e4lper till att hejda av kolesterol och fett fr\u00e5n kroppen och motverkar f\u00f6rstoppning.<\/p>\n<p>3: Frukt inneh\u00e5ller m\u00e5nga antioxidanter som poly-fenol flavonoider, vitamin-C, och f\u00f6reningar av anthocyanins. Dessa hj\u00e4lper kroppen att skyddas fr\u00e5n oxiderande stress, sjukdomar och cancer, och \u00e4ven att hj\u00e4lpa kroppen att utveckla f\u00f6rm\u00e5gan att bek\u00e4mpa sjukdomar genom att \u00f6ka v\u00e5rt immunf\u00f6rsvar. M\u00e5nga frukter, j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med gr\u00f6nsaker och spannm\u00e5l, har mycket h\u00f6ga anti-oxidant v\u00e4rden, vilket \u00e4r n\u00e5got som m\u00e4ts genom deras &#8221;Oxygen Radical absorptionskapacitet&#8221; eller (ORAC).<\/p>\n<p>4:\u00a0Antocyaniner \u00e4r av poly-fenoliska f\u00f6reningar som vi kan hitta i &#8221;bl\u00e5-frukt&#8221; som bl\u00e5-svarta druvor, mullb\u00e4r, acai b\u00e4r, aronia, bl\u00e5b\u00e4r, bj\u00f6rnb\u00e4r, och i m\u00e5nga gr\u00f6nsaker som presenterar bl\u00e5 eller djup lila f\u00e4rg. \u00a0Att \u00e4ta frukt som \u00e4r rika p\u00e5 bl\u00e5 pigment ger m\u00e5nga h\u00e4lsof\u00f6rdelar. They are an absolute feast to our sight, not just because of their color and flavor but their unique nutrition-profile that help the body stay fit and healthy!<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Fruits are low in calories and fat and are a source of simple sugars, fiber, and vitamins, which are essential for optimizing our health.<\/li>\n<li>Fruits provide plenty of soluble dietary fiber, which helps to ward of cholesterol and fats from the body and to get relief from constipation as well.<\/li>\n<li>Fruits contain many\u00a0anti-oxidants\u00a0like\u00a0poly-phenolic flavonoids, vitamin-C, and anthocyanins.These compounds,\u00a0firstly,\u00a0help human body protected from oxidant stress, diseases, and cancers, andsecondly;\u00a0help the body develop capacity to fight against these ailments by boosting our immunity level. Many fruits, when compared to vegetables and cereals, have very high anti-oxidant value, which is something measured by their\u00a0&#8221;Oxygen Radical Absorbent Capacity&#8221; or (ORAC).<\/li>\n<li>Anthocyanins are flavonoid category of poly-phenolic compounds found in some\u00a0&#8221;blue-fruits&#8221;\u00a0like blue-black grapes, mulberries, acai berry, chokeberry, blueberries, blackberries, and in many vegetables featuring blue or deep purple color. Eating fruits rich in blue pigments offers many health benefits. These compounds have potent anti-oxidant properties, remove free radicals from the body, and thus offer protection against cancers, aging, infections, etc. These pigments tend to concentrate just underneath the skin.<\/li>\n<li>Fruit\u2019s health benefiting properties are because of their richness in vitamins, minerals, micro-nutrients, anti-oxidants, which helps the body prevent or at least prolong the natural changes of aging by protecting and rejuvenating cells, tissues and organs. Their overall benefits are manifold! Fruit nutrition benefits are infinite!
