Den h\u00e4r \u00e4r v\u00e4ligt simpel men fortfarande super god!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser f\u00f6r 6 portioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>500 g n\u00f6tf\u00e4rs 5% fett<\/p>\n<p>500 g krossade tomater<\/p>\n<p>4 champinjoner (Ca 100 g)<\/p>\n<p>1 gul l\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>1 t\u00e4rning k\u00f6ttbuljong<\/p>\n<p>1 msk tomatpure<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 msk Stevia str\u00f6<\/p>\n<p>Paprikakrydda (efter smak)<\/p>\n<p>Svart peppar (efter smak)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Utf\u00f6rande:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1: Strimla l\u00f6ken i lagom stora bitar och sk\u00e4r svampen i kuber. Stek dessa lite l\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<p>2: Tills\u00e4tt n\u00f6tf\u00e4rs och stek tills de inte \u00e4r r\u00f6tt l\u00e4ngre.<\/p>\n<p>3: H\u00e4ll i de krossade tomaterna, tomat pur\u00e9, stevia, k\u00f6ttbuljong, + paprika krydda och svart peppar efter smak.<\/p>\n<p>4: L\u00e5t det st\u00e5 och puttra en stund.<\/p>\n<p>Servera till zucchini pasta som jag gjorde eller med annat alternativ! This is a easy recipe \u00a0but still super tasty!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for 6 servings:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>500g minced beef 5% fat<\/p>\n<p>500 g of crushed tomatoes<\/p>\n<p>4 mushrooms (approximately 100 g)<\/p>\n<p>1 onion<\/p>\n<p>1 cube beef bouillon<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp tomato puree<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tbsp Stevia<\/p>\n<p>Redpepper Seasoning (to taste)<\/p>\n<p>Black pepper (to taste)<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to do it:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1: Shred the onion into bite-sized pieces and cut the mushrooms into cubes. Fry them lightly.<\/p>\n<p>2: Add the ground beef and cook until they are not red anymore.<\/p>\n<p>3: Pour in the crushed tomatoes, tomato puree, stevia, beef bouillon, + pepper spice and black pepper to taste.<\/p>\n<p>4: Let it sit and simmer for a while.<\/p>\n<p>Serve with zucchini pasta like I did or other alternative!
