Bara f\u00f6r att jag \u00e4r p\u00e5 semester betyder inte det att jag slutar tr\u00e4na och \u00e4ter onyttigt i tv\u00e5 veckor. Nej, nej, jag ser den stora buff\u00e9n p\u00e5 hotellet med massor av olika gr\u00f6nsaker, k\u00f6tt, fisk och frukt som en stor m\u00f6jlighet och jag ser bort fr\u00e5n den osunda delen av buff\u00e9n som pomfritten, chicken nuggets, pasta eller pizza. Jag h\u00e5ller alltid min kost som jag g\u00f6r hemma \u00e4ven fast jag \u00e4r p\u00e5 semester, jag kanske inte \u00e4ter exakt samma saker som \u00a0jag g\u00f6r hemma men det finns alltid h\u00e4lsosamma alternativ om man bor p\u00e5 en all inclusive hotell med middag eller om du g\u00e5r ut p\u00e5 resturang. Sallad finns alltid som ett alternativ. Sj\u00e4lvklart s\u00e5 njuter \u00e4ven jag av lite &#8221;onyttigheter&#8221; p\u00e5 semestern. Jag lyckas trycka i mig en glass n\u00e4stan varje dag. Det har varit standard sen jag var liten.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>S\u00e5, hur tr\u00e4nar jag n\u00e4r jag \u00e4r p\u00e5 semester?<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>1: Har hotellet har en pool eller \u00e4r det n\u00e4ra en strand? I s\u00e5 fall \u00e4r det en super id\u00e9 att tr\u00e4na i vattnet. Surfningg \u00e4r en tr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r hela kroppen som kommer att utmana varje muskel i kroppen. Jag sj\u00e4lv kan inte surfa men om det funkar lika bra att bara paddla ut till v\u00e5gorna vilket ocks\u00e5 \u00e4r en super tr\u00e4ning. Om det inte finns v\u00e5gor kan man simma n\u00e5gra l\u00e4ngor fram och tillbaks i antingen havet eller i poolen.<\/p>\n<p>2: G\u00e5 eller sprin p\u00e5 stranden. N\u00e4r du springer eller g\u00e5r i sanden \u00e4r en f\u00e5r du en riktigt bra tr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r hel benen och rumpan. En del s\u00e4ger att den som g\u00e5r \/ springer i sanden br\u00e4nner dubbelt s\u00e5 mycket kalorier som att g\u00e5 p\u00e5 en asfalt. Jag vet inte om det \u00e4r sant men jag kan absolut t\u00e4nka mig att det \u00e4r s\u00e5. \u00a0Om det inte finns en strand i n\u00e4rheten g\u00e5r det lika bra att springa ute p\u00e5 vanlig plan mark eller g\u00e5 en power walk.<\/p>\n<p>3: G\u00e5 ut och springa.<\/p>\n<p>4: Shoppa! haha det kanske r\u00e4knas som tr\u00e4ning men om du tar trapporna ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r hissen\/rulltrappan, g\u00e5r hyfsat snabbt eller bara \u00e4r ute och g\u00e5r l\u00e4nge s\u00e5 kommer du att br\u00e4nna en hel del kalorier utan att ens t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 det<\/p>\n<p>5: Hyr en cykel. Just because I&#8217;m on vacation dousnt mean that I start eating unhealthy and stop exercising for 2 weeks. No, no. I see the big buffet at the hotel with lots of different veggies, lean meats, fish and fruit as a huge oppurtunite and I look away from the unhealthy stiff at the buffet like the fries, the chicken nuggets, the pasta or pizza. I always keeps my diet at the vacation, maybe I cant eat as I do at home \u00a0but thre is always healthy food alternatives if you live on a all inclusive hotel with dinner or if you go out on resturants. Salad is always a option. But I enjoy food too,<strong>\u00a0I eat Ice cream almost everyday while I&#8217;m on vacation.<\/strong>\u00a0The ice cream has been a standard thing since I was a child.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>So, how do I exercise while I am on vacation?<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>1: Does the hotel have a pool or is it nearby a beach? In that case its great to take the opportunite to workout in the water. Surfing is a total body workout that will challenge every muscle in your body. I cant surf but if you just paddle out to the waves you will get a great workout. If you dont have any waves just swim out and back a few laps.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>2: Walk or run at the beach. When you run or walk in the sand is a ciller wokout, some says that walking\/running in the sand burns twice as much calories as walking on a flat gound. I dont know if thats true or not though. But its still a great wokour.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>3: Go out for a run.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>4: Go out for shopping. haha well, shoping isnt a exercise but you will walk a lot and that burns calories too.\u00a0\u00a0you take your time and go all day, you&#8217;ll burn calories without even thinking about it.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>5: Rent a bike.
