Protein bake brukar vara anpassat f\u00f6r h\u00f6gre temperaturer som i ugnen. N\u00e4r jag g\u00f6r min proteingr\u00f6t \u00e4r mitt favorit pulver\u00a0One\u00a0whey chocolate hazelnut fr\u00e5n fitnessguru. D\u00e5 har jag i pulvret efter jag har kokat\/mikrat gr\u00f6ten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hur m\u00e5nga dagar i veckan \u00e4r lagomt att tr\u00e4na? Jag vill f\u00f6rst rekommendera dig att dra ner p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningen lite. Kl\u00e4m in lite vila ocks\u00e5 s\u00e5 att musklerna hinner \u00e5terh\u00e4mta sig. Och t\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att dela upp styrketr\u00e4ningen i olika dagar s\u00e5 att du inte tr\u00e4nar samma muskelgrupper flera dagar i rad d\u00e5 musklerna bryts ner i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att byggas upp om de inte f\u00e5r chansen att vila emellan passen och bygga upp sig. N\u00e4r man tr\u00e4nar bryts muskelfibrerna ner och under vilan bygger de upp sig igen och v\u00e4xer. If you just dieting without exercising it can result in that you will not only lose weight in fat and water but also in muscles. In order to become &#8221;fit&#8221; and &#8221;toned&#8221; \u00a0a combination of strength training and conditioning with a healthy eating the best you can do!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Regarding to protein powder and cooking? Do you have to buy protein-bake, (protein powder made for baking) when you want protein oatmeal, protein pancakes, protein candy bar in Micro etc?, Or the result is just as good with ordinary whey chocolate hazelnut? Super blog by the way!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can certainly use one ordinary whey. Protein bake tend to be adapted to higher temperatures in the oven. When I make my protein oatmeal my favorite powder is One whey chocolate hazelnut from fitnessguru. \u00a0I add the powder after I&#8217;ve cooked my oatmeal so the powder dont really gets that &#8221;hot&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How many days a week should I exercise? \u00a0I want to know your opinion!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It depends from person to person what they think is right. I workout 5-6 days a week but I think three days is enough perfect!<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you want to be slim, not lose weight but reducing the dimensions of different places, it is best to focus on cardio type spinning or running, or is it best to go for weight training?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A combination of strength training and conditioning along with a healthy diet is the most effective way to reduce the dimensions and also to keep them!<\/p>\n<p><strong>How many readers do you have?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Currently I have about ten thousand unique visitors. I would first recommend you to cut down on your workout a little. Squeeze in a little rest as well so that your muscles have time to recover. And remember to divide the resistance training in different days so you do not train the same muscle groups for several days in a row because then the muscles will break down rather than build up if they do not get the chance to rest in between sessions and build up. When you train the muscle fibers will broke down and when they then rest they build up again and growing.
