Ig\u00e5r fick jag dessa:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8221;Hej! Jag m\u00e5ste fr\u00e5ga en sak. Varf\u00f6r k\u00f6r du inte mer kondition? Jag k\u00f6r alltid minst 30 minuter innan styrketr\u00e4ningen. Varf\u00f6r g\u00f6r du bara 10 minuter? Det g\u00f6r ingen skillnad direkt.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8221;Hej!! Undrar bara, hur ofta g\u00f6r du Cardio? Liksom f\u00f6r mer \u00e4n 10 minuter?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e5 vill jag b\u00f6rja med att s\u00e4ga, att jo jag g\u00f6r konditions tr\u00e4ning n\u00e4stan varje dag. Jag g\u00e5r powerwlk med min hund varje dag i en timme (beoende p\u00e5 hur kallt det \u00e4r nu p\u00e5 vintern) och sen \u00e4gnar jag tv\u00e5 dagar p\u00e5 gymmet \u00e5t kondition ocks\u00e5. Men de dagar jag g\u00f6r kondition brukar jag inte skriva om det i kategorin &#8221;min tr\u00e4ning&#8221; eftersom att det skulle bli ett v\u00e4ldigt kort och ointreesant inl\u00e4gg om jag bara skrev \u00a0ex) &#8221;1 timme p\u00e5 crosstrainern&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>I den kommentaren som jag tog som exempel st\u00e5r det &#8221;<em>Varf\u00f6r g\u00f6r du bara 10 minuter? Det g\u00f6r ingen skillnad direkt.&#8221; <\/em>Jag g\u00e5r inte p\u00e5 l\u00f6pbandet i 10 minuter f\u00f6r att tr\u00e4na kondition utan jag g\u00f6r det som uppv\u00e4rming f\u00f6r att bli lite varm i kroppen innan jag s\u00e4tter ig\u00e5ng med vikterna.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 som svar p\u00e5 fr\u00e5gan: <strong>Jag g\u00f6r kondition i form av powerwalk eller l\u00f6pning varje dag (inte alltid nu p\u00e5 vintern dock) och jag har tv\u00e5 dagar p\u00e5 gymmet som jag springer p\u00e5 l\u00f6pbandet eller p\u00e5 crosstrainern. Yesterday I got these:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8221;Hello, I need to ask you something. Why don&#8217;t you do more cardio?, I always run at least 30 minutes before strength training. Why do you only do 10 minutes? It makes no difference.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8221;Hello! Just wondering, how often do you do cardio? Like for more than 10 minutes?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Then I want to start by saying that yes, I do cardio exercise almost every day. I go powerwlk with my dog \u200b\u200bevery day for an hour (depending on how cold it is now in the winter) and then I spend two days at the gym for fitness as well. But the days I do conditioning, I usually do not write about it in the &#8221;my exercise&#8221; because it would be a very short and boring post if I just wrote the example) &#8221;1 hour on the elliptical.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In the comment which I took as an example, it says &#8221;Why are you only do cardio 10 minutes? It makes no difference.&#8221; I do not go on the treadmill for 10 minutes to train fitness, but I do it as a warm-up to get little warm in the body before I start with the weights.<\/p>\n<p><strong>So to answer your question: I do cardio like in \u00a0power walk or running every day (not always now in the winter though) and I have two days at the gym as I run on the treadmill or elliptical.
