Casein \u00e4r ett protein med l\u00e5ngsamt upptag det \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r det l\u00e4mpar sig till kv\u00e4llen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser f\u00f6r 12 pl\u00e4ttar:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 skopa casein pulver (30 g) jag anv\u00e4nde\u00a0<strong>One Casein\u00ae <\/strong>Apple pie fr\u00e5n fitnessguru.<\/p>\n<p>3 \u00e4ggvitor<\/p>\n<p>2,5 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsk vaniljpulver<\/p>\n<p><strong>Utf\u00f6rande:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vispa samman alla ingredienserna till en sl\u00e4t pannkakssmet. Stek pl\u00e4ttarna tills de b\u00f6rjar bubbla lite p\u00e5 ena sidan d\u00e5 vet man att det \u00e4r dags att v\u00e4nda p\u00e5 dem. Casein is a protein with slow absorption that is why it lends itself to evening.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for 12 pancakes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 scoop casein powder (30 g) I used One Casein \u00ae apple pie from fitnessguru.<\/p>\n<p>3 egg whites<\/p>\n<p>2,5 dl \u00a0(250 g) milk<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp vanilla extract<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mix all the ingredients together an fry them in a non stick pan.
