Nu \u00e4r det n\u00e5got helt nytt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jag utmanar er att ha en socker fri vecka som socker i form av s\u00f6tsaker. <\/strong>Det betyder att nu de sju kommande dagarna ska vi alla h\u00e5lla oss borta fr\u00e5n s\u00f6tsaker s\u00e5 som godis, kakor, l\u00e4sk etc och \u00e4ven snabba kolhydrater som vittbr\u00f6d, pasta, ris, flingor osv. Men se inte detta som n\u00e5got jobbigt, det \u00e4r fritt fram att \u00e4ta protein i alla dess former, bra fetter och l\u00e5ngsamma kolhydrater som gr\u00f6nsaker och fullkornsprodukter.<\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4ter som ovan \u00e5ret om s\u00e5 jag vet att det g\u00e5r! Frukt \u00e4r till\u00e5tet men inte i f\u00f6r stora m\u00e4ngder, lagom \u00e4r b\u00e4st! Now it&#8217;s something completely new.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I challenge you to have a sugar free week of sugar in the form of sweets.<\/strong> This means that now the next seven days we&#8217;ll all stay away from sweets such as candy, cookies, soft drinks etc and also fast carbs like white bread, pasta, rice, cereals, etc.. But see this not as something hard, it&#8217;s free to eat protein in all forms, good fats and slow carbohydrates like vegetables and whole grains.<\/p>\n<p>I eat like this the whole year so I know it is possible! Fruit is permitted but not in excessive amounts, in moderation!
