I vilket fall, idag var det ben dag och det var riktigt kul! Om ni kollar nedan p\u00e5 listan p\u00e5 \u00f6vningarna jag gjorde idag s\u00e5 \u00e4r det tv\u00e5 nedersta \u00f6vningarna &#8221;Adductur&#8221; och &#8221;Absductur&#8221;. Det \u00e4r ingen \u00f6vningen utan namnet p\u00e5 muskeln jag tr\u00e4nade eftersom att jag inte vet vad \u00f6vningen heter. Jag kan f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka beskriva maskinen. Adductur \u00e4r den maskinen d\u00e4r man sitter med benen is\u00e4r och sedan pressar ihop dem, tr\u00e4nar utsidan av l\u00e5ren. If you check below \u00a0in the list of the exercises I did today, the \u00a0bottom two exercises &#8221;Adductur&#8221; and &#8221;Absductur&#8221;. That is not the name of the exercise, \u00a0but the name of the muscle I trained because I do not know what the exercise is called. I can try to describe the machine. Adductur is the machine where you sit with your legs apart and then presses them together, practicing outside of the thighs.
