En h\u00e4lsosam kladdkaka. Hur toppen \u00e4r inte det?! \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser f\u00f6r 16 bitar:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>400 g svarta b\u00f6nor<\/p>\n<p>2 mellan stora bananer<\/p>\n<p>1 dl kakao<\/p>\n<p>1,5 skopa choklad protein pulver (45 gram) <em>Kan ers\u00e4ttas med mer kakao om ni inte har protein pulver.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>1 tsk vaniljpulver<\/p>\n<p>50 gram sm\u00e4lt cocosolja (ca 4 msk)<\/p>\n<p>4 \u00e4ggvitor<\/p>\n<p><strong>Utf\u00f6rande:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1: St\u00e4ll ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader.<br \/>\n2: Sk\u00f6lj b\u00f6norna och mixa dem sedan tillsammans med bananerna till en sl\u00e4t smet.<br \/>\n3: Tills\u00e4tt resten av ingredienserna och r\u00f6r om ordentligt tills smeten \u00e4r sl\u00e4t.<br \/>\n4: Sm\u00f6rj en form och ha eventuellt lite str\u00f6br\u00f6d i f\u00f6r att inte kakan ska fastna.<br \/>\n5: In i ugnen i 15 minuter och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 p\u00e5 efterv\u00e4rme i 10 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rvara i kylsk\u00e5p. Servera med lite gr\u00e4dde, hallon eller kanske lite hallon froyo. A healthy chocolate mudcake. How great is that?! \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for 16 pieces:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>400g of black beans<\/p>\n<p>2 medium bananas<\/p>\n<p>1 dl (40 gram) cocoa powder<\/p>\n<p>1.5 scoop of chocolate protein powder (45 grams) can be replaced with more cocoa powder \u00a0if you do not have protein powder.<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp vanilla powder<\/p>\n<p>50 grams of melted coconut oil (about 4 tablespoons)<\/p>\n<p>4 egg whites<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1: Set the oven to 175\u00b0C degrees.<br \/>\n2: Rinse the beans and mix them together with the bananas until smooth.<br \/>\n3: Add the remaining ingredients and stir well until the mixture is smooth.<br \/>\n4: Butter a form and have any little crumbs of the cake will not stick.<br \/>\n5: Put it in the oven for 15 minutes and leave on after heat for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Store in refrigerator.
