Nu vill jag byta upp mig till n\u00e5gon annan av deras proteinpulver att dricka direkt efter passet s\u00e5 jag t\u00e4nkte bara h\u00f6ra vilken du rekommenderar av Isolate, casein och vanlig whey? Har l\u00e4st om alla p\u00e5 hemsidan men funderar p\u00e5 vilken som \u00e4r b\u00e4st f\u00f6r mig och s\u00e5.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Kram!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e5 tycker jag att du satsar p\u00e5 en ny One Whey eller en Isolate. Testa One Whey Isolate Milk chocolate. Den \u00e4r j\u00e4tte god!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jag \u00e4r v\u00e4\u00e4ldigt noga med m\u00e4ngden kalorier och kolhydraterna. Ser att det st\u00e5r 121 kalorier p\u00e5 burken och antar att det \u00e4r p\u00e5 en \u201dshake\u201d. Tycker dock att det l\u00e5ter v\u00e4ldigt mycket? Fr\u00e5gan \u00e4r egentligen, om man inte styrketr\u00e4nar, utan mer vill sn\u00e5la p\u00e5 kalorierna, \u00e4r det okej att anv\u00e4nda proteinpulver, eller \u00e4r keso\/kvarg b\u00e4ttre?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Om du inte tr\u00e4nar s\u00e4rskilt mycket ser jag ingen anledning till varf\u00f6r du skulle anv\u00e4nda proteinpulver. 121 kalorier f\u00f6r en shake \u00e4r inte mycket, du f\u00e5r t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 att det finns olika kalorier. 121 kalorier fr\u00e5n en kaka kan jag f\u00f6rst\u00e5 att det k\u00e4nns on\u00f6digt men en protein bomb med endast 121 kalorier \u00e4r inte d\u00e5liga eller m\u00e5nga kalorier. Om du inte tr\u00e4nar s\u00e4rskilt mycket s\u00e5 f\u00e5r du i dig allt protein du beh\u00f6ver fr\u00e5n din dagliga kost.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vad g\u00f6r proteinet? Jag vill inte f\u00e5 stora muskler\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Protein \u00e4r kroppens bygg stenar. N\u00e4r vi tr\u00e4nr st\u00e4rker vi inte v\u00e5r muskler, vi bryter faktsikt otroligt nog ner dem. Musklernas fibrer bryts ner under tr\u00e4ning, det \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r vi f\u00e5r tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk. N\u00e4r kroppen sedan f\u00e5r vila och \u00e5terh\u00e4mta sig reparerar musklerna sig och l\u00e4gger p\u00e5 lite extra muskelfibrer f\u00f6r att kunna hantera \u00f6verbelastningen b\u00e4ttre, det \u00e4r d\u00e5 musklerna v\u00e4xer och blir st\u00f6rre. F\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa kroppen att uppn\u00e5 maximal muskeluppbyggning \u00e4r det viktigt att kroppen f\u00e5r sina byggstenar, det vill s\u00e4ga proteinet. Om inte kroppn f\u00e5r proteinet kan den inte reparera nedbrytningen och st\u00e4rka sig sj\u00e4lv.<\/p>\n<p>Du f\u00e5r inte stora muskler av proteinpulvret, det \u00e4r ingen magisk muskeldryck. Du f\u00e5r muskler fr\u00e5n tr\u00e4ningen och det \u00e4r j\u00e4tte sv\u00e5rt att bygga stora muskler, s\u00e4rskilt som tjej. Med eller utan pulver. Pulvret har man bara f\u00f6r att det \u00e4r l\u00e4ttare att f\u00e5 i sig proteinet p\u00e5 det viset p\u00e5 gymmet. Men du skulle lika g\u00e4rna kunna \u00e4ta kyckling, tonfisk, keso, kvarg eller n\u00e5got annat f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 i dig samma proteinm\u00e4ngd.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vad rekommendera du f\u00f6r isolate smak?\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/fitspooration\/wp-includes\/images\/smilies\/icon_smile.gif\" alt=\":)\" \/>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>MILK CHOCOLATE! s\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5 god! \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kan man k\u00f6pa det i n\u00e5gon livsmedelsbutik eller liknande eller m\u00e5ste man best\u00e4lla via n\u00e4tet?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Du kan inte k\u00f6pa det som jag anv\u00e4nder i butik, jag best\u00e4ller fr\u00e5n <a href=\"http:\/\/fitnessguru.se\">fitnessguru.se<\/a> och det \u00e4r faktiskt v\u00e4ldigt smidigt! Try One Whey Isolate Milk chocolate. It&#8217;s really good!<\/p>\n<p><strong>I am verrrry careful with the amount of calories and carbohydrates. Seeing that there are 121 calories in the can and assume it is the calories for one &#8221;shake&#8221;. Think that it sounds very much? The question is really, if you do not do\u00a0strength\u00a0training, but more want to skimp on calories, it&#8217;s okay to use protein powder, or cottage cheese \/ quark better?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you do not train very much, I see no reason why you would use protein powder. 121 calories for a shake is not much, you know that there are different types of calories. If it is 121 calories from a cake, I can understand that it feels unnecessary, but a protein bomb with only 121 calories is not bad calories. If you do not exercise that much you probably gets all the protein your body need from your regular diet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What does protein? I do not want to get big muscles &#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Protein is the mucsles &#8221;building blocks&#8221;. When we exercise we dont strengthened our muscles, we are actually breaking them down. The muscle fiber breaks down when you exercise, that&#8217;s the reason\u00a0why you get sore. When the body then recovers and to repair the muscle damage the body will\u00a0build extra muscle to handle overloading better, this is why the muscles grows. To help the body to build a maximum amount of extra muscle the body will require these\u00a0&#8221;building blocks&#8221; &#8211; protein. It is very important that the body gets enough of protein, otherwise the body can not repair the damage and strengthen itself.<\/p>\n<p>You don&#8217;t get large muscles from protein powder, there is no magic muscle drink. You get muscles from exercise, and it&#8217;s really hard to build big muscles, especially as a girl. With or without the powder. The powder has been just because it&#8217;s easier to get in the protein that way in the gym.
