Eftersom att det \u00e4r b\u00e5de semlans dag och alla hj\u00e4rtansdag. Jag vill f\u00f6rst p\u00e5peka att det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en <strong>utmaning <\/strong>och det ska vara <strong>utmanande <\/strong>annars \u00e4r det ju helt on\u00f6digt med att ha det som utmaning om det \u00e4r enkelt. Alla hj\u00e4rtans dag klarar man utan godis, alla hj\u00e4rtans dag \u00e4r ingen godis dag utan en dag man spenderar med de man \u00e4lskar. Men semlan, d\u00e5? Jo man kan ju g\u00f6ra en nyttigare variant! Jag sj\u00e4lv gillar inte semlor och har inte tid att baka n\u00e5gon idag men jag s\u00f6kte runt lite p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet f\u00f6r att hitta ett f\u00e4rdigt nyttigt recept till er. S\u00e5 jag t\u00e4nkte dela det med er semel\u00e4lskare! (K\u00e4llan till receptet \u00e4r <a href=\"http:\/\/receptfavoriter.se\/recept\/smala-nyttiga-semlor.html\">H\u00c4R<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser f\u00f6r 12 semlor<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>50 g j\u00e4st<\/li>\n<li>3 dl havremj\u00f6lk eller sojamj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<li>7 dl siktat dinkelmj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>1 dl fullkornsmj\u00f6l av dinkel<\/li>\n<li>2 msk honung<\/li>\n<li>75 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fyllning:<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>100 g s\u00f6tmandel<\/li>\n<li>ca 5 msk honung eller 4 msk agavesirap<\/li>\n<li>inkr\u00e5met av bullen<\/li>\n<li>1 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Utf\u00f6rande:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Smula j\u00e4st och v\u00e4rm mj\u00f6lken till fingervarm och l\u00f6s upp j\u00e4sten i en bunke.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda i mj\u00f6l, honung och sm\u00f6r.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda ihop till degen i en bunke.<\/li>\n<li>Pensla ihop \u00e4gg i ett glas. Tills\u00e4tt h\u00e4lften av \u00e4gget till degen och spara h\u00e4lften till penslingen innan gr\u00e4ddning.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa under duk i ca 40 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Kn\u00e5da ut degen p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lat bakbord. Tips: dela degen p\u00e5 mitten till fyra delar. Sedan varje del till 3 delar. D\u00e5 f\u00e5r du tolv bullar. Since it is both &#8221;semel&#8221; day and valentines day. I will first point out that this is a <strong>challenge<\/strong> and it will be <strong>challenging<\/strong> otherwise it&#8217;s completely unnecessary to have that challenge if it is easy. Valentine&#8217;s Day is not a &#8221;candy&#8221; day, it&#8217;s about spending time with the ones you love. \u00a0But what about the &#8221;semla&#8221;, then? Well, why don&#8217;t we just mae a healthier version then?! I do not like these buns and I don&#8217;t have time to bake some today, but I searched around on the web to find a complete healthy recipe for you. So I thought to share it with you Semel lovers!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for 12 Semlor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>50 g yeast<br \/>\n3 dl (300 gram) oat milk or soy milk<br \/>\n7 dl sifted spelled flour<br \/>\n1 dl whole wheat flour from spelled<br \/>\n2 tablespoons honey<br \/>\n75 g butter<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n<strong>Filling<\/strong>:<br \/>\n100 g almonds<br \/>\nabout 5 tablespoons honey or 4 tablespoons agavesirap<br \/>\ncrumb of bun<br \/>\n1 dl cream<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1: Crumble the yeast and warm milk to lukewarm and dissolve the yeast in a bowl.<br \/>\n2: Mix in flour, honey and butter.<br \/>\n3: Mix the dough in a bowl.<br \/>\n4: Brush the egg in a glass. Add half of the egg to the dough and save half for penslingen before baking.<br \/>\n5: Let rise under a cloth for about 40 minutes.<br \/>\n6: Knead the dough on a floured surface. Hint: divide the dough in half to four parts. Since each part to 3 parts. You will receive twelve buns. Take a piece of dough and keep it as a computer mouse against the work surface, press with your palm and make circular motions to get the ball or round bun.<br \/>\n7: Place them on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.<br \/>\n8: Preheat the oven to 225 degrees.<br \/>\n9: Brush the buns with the egg when they have finished yeast and bake them for 10 minutes.<br \/>\n10: When the buns have cooled you cut a lid on it.<br \/>\n11: Mix almonds with honey and cream and scoop out some of the giblets in buns and mix together to form a filling in a bowl.<br \/>\n12: Divide the filling into the buns.<br \/>\n13: Whip the cream and add a dollop of each.<br \/>\n14: Put on the lid.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hej!
