Everything in modertations is great!<\/p>\n<p>I always get these commens:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &#8221;Why does you eat peanut butter? Its a lot of calories so I dont get why its healthy. Dont your get fat?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>My answer is: Of course I would be fat if I had a several jars a day. Its packed with calories, fat, protein and carbsohydrates. But I eat about 0-2 tablespoons a day. 1 tablespoon is about 18 grams.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>One thing I want to make clear dor you. Lots of calories dousnt mean its unhealthy and a product with low calories dousnt mean its healthy. Like 1 tablespoon peanut butter that contains a great source of healthy fat and lots of protein that is 100 calories or a glass of diet coke with zero calories? The peanutbutter that is high in calories is much more healthier than the diet coke that isnt heatlthy at all even though it has no calories. Why is peanut butter high in calories? BECAUSE ITS FAT.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Peanuts has a low GI that dousnt make your blood sugar curve go up fast at once. It gradually increases over time, and you will stay fuller for longer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Of course you cant eat peanut butter with added sugar such as&nbsp;<em>Skippys<\/em>&nbsp;peanut butter. Eat organic!<\/p>\n<p>I eat a peanut butter from Green Choice. Its &nbsp;99.3% Peanuts and 0.07% sea salt. No added sugar or other weird ingridients.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Its a easy snack that you can variate in a lot of different ways. En matsked \u00e4r ca 18 gram.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Jordn\u00f6tter har ett l\u00e5gt GI vilket g\u00f6r att blodsockerkurvan inte skjuter p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng, utan den \u00f6kar stegvis under en l\u00e4ngre tid, allts\u00e5 du kommer att h\u00e5lla dig m\u00e4tt l\u00e4ngre.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Du kan sj\u00e4lvklart inte \u00e4ta ett jordn\u00f6tts sm\u00f6r som \u00e4r s\u00f6tat, som exempel skippys peanut butter. \u00c4t ett ekologiskt!<br \/>Jag \u00e4ter ett jordn\u00f6ttsm\u00f6r fr\u00e5n m\u00e4rket Green choice och det \u00e4r ett ekologiskt jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r som \u00e4r 99,3% jordn\u00f6tter och 0,7% havssalt.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Det \u00e4r ett j\u00e4tte bra mellanm\u00e5l som \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att variera. Jag tycker att det \u00e4r godast med banan, \u00e4pple eller till min havregrynsgr\u00f6t.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>N\u00e4ringsinneh\u00e5ll &nbsp;per 100 g:<\/em><br \/><em>Energi 2359 kJ\/563,5 kcal<\/em><br \/><em>Protein 25,6 g<\/em><br \/><em>Kolhydrat 16 g<\/em><br \/><em>Fett 48,9<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Som jag sa innan, det \u00e4r aldrig bra att \u00e4ta f\u00f6r mycket.
