Jag brukar vanligtvis tr\u00e4na sj\u00e4lv f\u00f6r att jag inte k\u00e4nner n\u00e5gon p\u00e5 mitt gym. Men idag tr\u00e4nade jag tillsammans med en kille som jag f\u00e5tt kontakt med via facebook som redan gymmade p\u00e5 mitt gym. Det var verkligen j\u00e4tte kul och man blir grymt motiverad n\u00e4r man har lite st\u00f6d och n\u00e5gon annan. I usually go to the gym myself because I do not know anyone at my gym. But today I trained with a guy who I had contact with through Facebook \u00a0that already was \u00a0member at my gym. It was really really fun and I felt super motivated when I had some support from someone else than myself!
