Mvh Moa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hej tjejen! Jag har tyv\u00e4rr inget schema som jag g\u00e5r efter, jag \u00e4ter vad jag k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r. Eller sj\u00e4lvklart h\u00e5ller jag mig till de nyttiga, jag kan l\u00e4gga upp en lista p\u00e5 bra mat i ett kommande inl\u00e4gg om det \u00e4r n\u00e5got som flera vore intresserade av? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00e5r inte du i skolan eller n\u00e5tt?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jo jag g\u00e5r i skolan. Men det betyder inte att jag inte kan tr\u00e4na ocks\u00e5? Haha, jag f\u00f6rst\u00e5r helt \u00e4rligt inte varf\u00f6r jag alltid f\u00e5r den h\u00e4r fr\u00e5gan. Ni som \u00e4r svenska borde veta att schemat p\u00e5 gymnasiet kan se v\u00e4ldigt olika ut! Jag har ibland tv\u00e5 till tre timmars h\u00e5ltimme, ibland bara en lektion p\u00e5 en dag, ibland j\u00e4tte l\u00e5nga dagar. Ja ni vet! Jag spenderar ca 30 timmar i veckan i skolan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men jag undrar vad studerar du ?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag g\u00e5r ettan p\u00e5 gymnasiet, jag l\u00e4ser Samh\u00e4llskunskap med inriktning media \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hej ellen jag har en fr\u00e5ga som jag vill st\u00e4lla, jo det \u00e4r s\u00e5 att jag undrar om n\u00e4r man har \u00e4tit s\u00e5 mycket att man \u00e4r verkligen m\u00e4tt ass\u00e5 att magen k\u00e4nns som att den ska spricka, ska man tr\u00e4na d\u00e5 tex situps eller liknande \u00f6vningar? Att tr\u00e4na magen n\u00e4r du \u00e4r super m\u00e4tt kommer inte ge dig b\u00e4ttre resultat om det var det du syftade p\u00e5! Nu har jag precis ett nytt schema och d\u00e5 \u00e4r det sk\u00f6nt att ha med loggen s\u00e5 att jag kommer ih\u00e5g vad jag ska g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r \u00f6vningar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hej! Or course, I stick to the healthy foods, I can post a list of good food in an upcoming post if it is something that many would be interested in? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Don\u2019t you have to go to school or something?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes I do. But that doesn&#8217;t mean that I can&#8217;t exercise too? I go to school about 30 hours a week (about 6 hours a day)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hello Ellen I have a question I want to ask, \u00a0I wonder if when you have eaten so much that you feel really really full, like when it feels like your stomach will crack, should you train such as doing sit-ups or similar exercises? Hope you understand what I mean, Grateful for answers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Haha, you do as you want! If I am so full that I almost burst, I would probably throw up if I would start doing sit-ups. To train your stomach when you&#8217;re super full will not give you better results if that was what you were referring to! You can be physically fit and have your period. I lost my period because I treated my body wrong and was underweight.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hello!
