Som ni alla redan vet har jag \u00e4tst\u00f6rningar och tycker att det \u00e4r jobbigt med maten. I f\u00f6rrig\u00e5r var jag p\u00e5 \u00e4tst\u00f6rnings kliniken och fick h\u00f6ra att jag m\u00e5ste \u00e4ta 2400 kalorier om dagen. Vilket f\u00f6r mig \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt mycket, till en b\u00f6rjan f\u00e5r jag b\u00f6rja med 2000 kalorier och s\u00e5 &#8221;mycket&#8221; har jag inte \u00e4tit sen innan jag blev sjuk. Men som den t\u00e4vlingsm\u00e4nniskan som jag \u00e4r s\u00e5 tog jag det h\u00e4r p\u00e5 d\u00f6ds allvar och satte ig\u00e5ng att \u00e4ta. Det finns en risk att jag g\u00e5r upp lite i vikt nu eftersom att min kropp inte \u00e4r van vid den h\u00e4r m\u00e4ngden mat, eller om jag har tur s\u00e5 stannar jag i vikt. Vi f\u00e5r se. 2000 kalorier \u00e4r vad en normal kvinna ska \u00e4ta, NI ocks\u00e5 s\u00e5 jag tog bilder p\u00e5 allt jag \u00e5t ig\u00e5r f\u00f6r att visa er hur en bra mat dag kan se ut! As you all already know, I have an eating disorder, and I find it hard with the food. In the past Yesterday I was at a eating disorder clinic and was told I need to eat 2400 calories a day. Which for me is very much, but now in the beginning \u00a0I start with 2000 calories and I haven&#8217;t had that &#8221;much&#8221; since before I got sick. But as the race man that I am, I took this death seriously and started to eat. There is a risk that I will gain a little weight now because my body is not used to this amount of food, or if I&#8217;m lucky, so I might maintain. We shall see. 2000 calories is what a normal woman should eat, YOU too so \u00a0I took pictures of everything I ate yesterday to show you how a good food day might look like! It is not impossible to come up in calories even though you are eating healthy foods.
