Eller bara ett sug efter n\u00e5got s\u00f6tt \u00f6verhuvudtaget? Ikv\u00e4ll blev det s\u00e5 f\u00f6r mig, hela kroppen bara skrek efter choklad! Bokstavligen, jag k\u00e4nde verkligen s\u00e5. <em>Ge mig choklad nu eller s\u00e5 d\u00f6dar jag n\u00e5gon! <\/em>Men eftersom att jag \u00e4r s\u00e5d\u00e4r h\u00e4lsosam s\u00e5 ville jag inte trycka i mig en choklad kaka s\u00e5 jag b\u00f6rjade leta efter recept p\u00e5 en nyttigare variant av choklad kaka. Jag hittade ett recept p\u00e5 fitnessguru.se p\u00e5 en super l\u00e4tt och j\u00e4tte god choklad protein kaka som jag t\u00e4nkte dela med mig av receptet av nedan. Det h\u00e4r receptet passade mig riktigt bra eftersom att jag alltid best\u00e4ller mitt protein fr\u00e5n fitnessguru och jag hade smaken Choklad Hasseln\u00f6t hemma eftersom att det \u00e4r en av mina favoriter \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>1 portion.<\/strong><br \/>\n1 skopa\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/fitnessguru.se\/shop\/one-whey\">One Whey\u00ae\u00a0Choklad &amp; Hasseln\u00f6t<\/a>\u00a0(Sj\u00e4lvklart kan du anv\u00e4nda annat choklad protein ocks\u00e5)<br \/>\n1-2 tsk\u00a0Canderel Cankao (Jag bytte ut det mot vanlig kakao)<br \/>\n1\/2 tsk Bakpulver<br \/>\n1\/2 dl Vatten<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Utf\u00f6rande<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Blanda alla ingredienser i en sk\u00e5l.<br \/>\n&#8211; In i micron i cirka 30 sekunder p\u00e5 h\u00f6gsta effekt.<br \/>\n&#8211; H\u00e5ll koll s\u00e5 att det inte sv\u00e4ller \u00f6ver kanterna!! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e5t den precis som den var men jag kan t\u00e4nka mig att det \u00e4r j\u00e4tte gott att toppa med lite kvarg eller keso och b\u00e4r! Det tipset som fitnessguru hade gett som f\u00f6rlag var att \u00e4ta det\u00a0med lite l\u00f6sare vaniljkaseinfluff. Or just a craving for something sweet at all? Tonight it was like that for me, the whole body just went screaming for chocolate! Literally, I really felt that way<em>. Give me chocolate now or I&#8217;ll kill someone!<\/em> But because I&#8217;m like that &#8221;healthy \u00a0person&#8221; \u00a0I didn&#8217;t eat a chocolate cake. Instead I \u00a0started looking for recipes for a healthier version of chocolate cake. I found a recipe at fitnessguru.se that had a super easy and really tasty chocolate protein cake. I always buy my protein powder from them so it suited me well since they use the protein that I have at home in this recipe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1 portion.<\/strong><br \/>\n1 scoop One Whey \u00ae Chocolate &amp; Hazelnut (Of course, you can use other chocolate protein too)<br \/>\n1-2 tsp Canderel Cankao (I replaced it with plain cocoa)<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon baking powder<br \/>\n50 grams water<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to make it:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mix all ingredients in a bowl.<br \/>\n&#8211; Put it into a microwave for about 30 seconds at maximum power.<br \/>\n&#8211; Keep in track so it doesn&#8217;t swell over the edges! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>I ate it just as it was but I can imagine that it would taste really good to top it with quark or cottage cheese and berries!
