The pictures do not give this creation justice as it was very dark and the camera did not want to be on my side.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for 1 person:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 dl (35 grams) of fiber oats or other oats<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 dl (30 grams) Graham flour<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp cinnamon<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp vanillia extract<\/p>\n<p>A pinch of salt<\/p>\n<p>2 eggwhites<\/p>\n<p>1 dl (100 grams) milk<\/p>\n<p>1 dl (100 grams) low fat natural yoghurt (Or cottage cheese or curd\/quark)<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1: Set the oven at 225 \u00b0 C degrees.<\/p>\n<p>2: Mix the oatmeal until it has become as a flour.<\/p>\n<p>3: Mix all the dry ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>4: Add the remaining ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>5: Pour the batter into a oven safe \u00a0bowl.<\/p>\n<p>6: Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hej!
