She showed me what she usually do when she is at the gym and It was really fun. I hate to lift weights with my arms (cause thy are so weak) so I dont do it that often. But I manage to have pretty &#8221;high&#8221; weights anyway and It was super fun! Hon visade mig vad hon brukar g\u00f6ra n\u00e4r hon \u00e4r p\u00e5 grymmet och det var faktiskt riktigt roligt. Vi gjorde mest armar men \u00e4ven rygg och br\u00f6st. Jag hatar egentligen armar d\u00e5 mina armar \u00e4r den svagaste muskelgrupperna i min kropp och jag brukar inte g\u00f6ra det s\u00e5 ofta.
