I&#8217;ve read in a few places that fruit is unhealthy, do you think this is true? It saysthat it can cuse weight gain? I thought the fruit was healthy? Should we cut down on the amount of fruit we eat?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I always get comments on my instagram when I post pictures of fruitsalad that says that I will get fat and gain weight if I eat fruit and that my fruit salad can be compared to eating cookies and candy. But of course fruit can not be compared with cookies.\u00a0Eating a cookie will leave you feeling hungry. It is loaded with refined carbs, salts, saturated fats and processed glucose. Nothing but pure instant high GI energy. Which becomes fat because you won&#8217;t burn it off. Fruit, however, contains fibre, many Vitamins and minerals, no salt and Yes sugar but fructose not glucose. Fructose needs to be broken down into glucose. From fruit you will feel full and satisfied and benefit all areas of your body like skin, hair, circulation, eye sight etc. fruit takes a far longer time to eat and even just for this reason it is more satisfying and feels more like a large meal than a cookie which can be devoured in seconds.<\/p>\n<p>As for everything else, nothing is good in arge amounts. You should eat everything in moderation. As an example) it is not healthy to eat only junk food from ex mc donalds every day and the same is thing is with, it is not healthy to live on onlyvegetables cause you wont get all the nutrients your body needs on such a one-sided diet with only junk food or only vegtables. Eat some of everything, you should get in both proteins, fats and carbohydrates thrugh the whole day.<\/p>\n<p>Dont be afraid of eting fruit. Fruit is healthy and it wont make you fat if you eat it in a good amount. Continue eating fruit and \u00a0with a good conscience! Jag har l\u00e4st ett par st\u00e4llen att frukt \u00e4r onyttigt, tror du att det st\u00e4mmer? Det st\u00e5r att det till och med bidrar till att man l\u00e4gger p\u00e5 sig massa vikt? Jag trodde att frukt var nyttigt? Borde man sk\u00e4ra ned p\u00e5 fruktm\u00e4ngden? Ha det s\u00e5 bra!\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nJag har f\u00e5tt kommentarer p\u00e5 min instagram n\u00e4r jag har lagt upp bilder p\u00e5 fruktsalld som har sagt att jag kommer bli fet och g\u00e5 upp i vikt om jag \u00e4ter frukt och att min fruktsallad kan j\u00e4mf\u00f6ras med att \u00e4ta kakor och godis. Men sj\u00e4lvklart kan man inte j\u00e4mf\u00f6ra frukt med kakor. Att \u00e4ta en kaka kan ta dig endast n\u00e5gra sekunder och du \u00a0skulle fortfarande k\u00e4nna dig hungrig efter att du \u00e4tit den, den \u00e4r laddad med\u00a0raffinerade kolhydrater, salter, m\u00e4ttade fetter och processed glukos.\u00a0Ingenting annat \u00e4n ren h\u00f6g GI energi. Vilket bildar fett som kroppen har sv\u00e5rt att br\u00e4nna bort. Frukt \u00e5 andra sidan tar mycket l\u00e4ngre tid att \u00e4ta och bara det g\u00f6r att du k\u00e4nner dig mer tillfredst\u00e4lld och k\u00e4nns mer som en m\u00e5ltid \u00e4n vad en kaka g\u00f6r. Frukt inneh\u00e5ller fiber, m\u00e5nga vitaminer och mineraler, inget salt och ja det inneh\u00e5ller socker men den inneh\u00e5ller &#8221;fruktos\/fruktsocker&#8221; och inget glukos.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSom det g\u00e4ller med allt annat s\u00e5 \u00e4r ingenting bra i f\u00f6rstora m\u00e4ngder. Man ska \u00e4ta allt med m\u00e5tta. Som ex) Det \u00e4r inte h\u00e4lsosmat att \u00e4ta bara skr\u00e4pmat fr\u00e5n mc donalds varje dag och det samma g\u00e4ller, det \u00e4r inte h\u00e4lsosamt att endast leva p\u00e5 gr\u00f6nsaker d\u00e5 man inte f\u00e5r i sig alla n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen kroppen beh\u00f6ver p\u00e5 en s\u00e5n ensidig diet. Lite av allt \u00e4r lagom. Man ska f\u00e5 i sig b\u00e5de, proteiner, fetter och kolhydrater.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nVa inte r\u00e4dd f\u00f6r att \u00e4ta frukt, det \u00e4r inte onyttigt.
