To screw the elivators and the escelator.\u00a0\u00a0Did you do it? This week we have a new challenge!<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nChallenge week 4:\u00a0\u00a0You can do this anytime at the day. When yu are brusching your teeth, in the shower, at the bus stop, when you are cooking. Well yes ANYTIME! Can you guess what we are about to do? We are going to do \u00a0calf raises. Our goal is to do 100 calf raises a day. Maybe 50 when you are brushing your teeth in the morning and 50 more at night? Toned calfes is so hot, try to enourge your friends to do it wih you too!\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nI would love if you left a comment and tell me how you are doing. And please send me pictures when yo do it if you like. Gjorde du det? I vilket fall, den h\u00e4r veckan har vi en ny utmaning.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nUtmaning vecka 3:\u00a0Det h\u00e4r kan du g\u00f6ra vilken tid som helst under dagen. N\u00e4r du borstar t\u00e4nderna, i duschen, n\u00e4r du v\u00e4ntar p\u00e5 bussen, n\u00e4r du lagar mat&#8230; Ja n\u00e4r som helst! Kan ni gissa vad utmaningen \u00e4r? Vi ska g\u00f6ra t\u00e5h\u00e4vningar eller vad press som man ocks\u00e5 kan s\u00e4ga. V\u00e5rt m\u00e5l ska vara att g\u00f6ra 100 t\u00e5h\u00e4vningar om dagen. Kanske 50 p\u00e5 morgonen n\u00e4r vi borstar t\u00e4nderna och 50 till sen p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen? Det beh\u00f6ver inte vara mer komplicerat \u00e4n s\u00e5! Tonade och definerade vader \u00e4r grymt snyggt, motivera och f\u00e5 med era v\u00e4nner att g\u00f6ra det ocks\u00e5.
