How do you think I should do in this situation? \ud83d\ude42<br \/>I just want to make this clear. Protein powder DOES NOT make you gain in muscles. Protein powder is protein and you can find it in example tuna, chicken, cottage cheese, milk etc. To build muscle you need to do strengh training and for some people who exercise a lot they need extra protein to help the muscles to repair and build themselves after a workout. But the protein itself dont make your muscle grow. Its not a magic powder its just a easier and faster way to get more protein into your system. Protein powder is for the who dont get enough protein through their regualr diet.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Swedish: Hej!\u00a0Jo jag funderar \u00f6ver en grej, jag har t\u00e4nkt p\u00e5 att skaffa proteinpulver men samtidigt skulle jag vilja g\u00e5 ner n\u00e5gra kilor, \u00e4r det d\u00e5 ett bra alternativ att k\u00f6pa proteinpulver eftersom det \u00f6kar muskelmassan som d\u00e5 leder till \u00f6kad vikt. Protein pulver \u00e4r ett kostilskott f\u00f6r de som inte f\u00e5r i sig tillr\u00e4ckligt med protein via den maten de \u00e4ter. Man skulle lika g\u00e4rna kunna \u00e4ta tonfisk, \u00e4gg, mj\u00f6lk etc f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 i sig protein. Protein pulvret \u00e4r bara en snabbare och l\u00e4ttare s\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 i sig proteinet. Men tyv\u00e4rr \u00e4r det inget magiskt med det som g\u00f6r att musklerna automatiskt v\u00e4xer. F\u00f6r att musklerna ska v\u00e4xa m\u00e5ste man tr\u00e4na styrketr\u00e4ning. Protein \u00e4r musklernas byggstenar s\u00e5 n\u00e4r man tr\u00e4nar och musklerna bryts ner \u00e4r det toppen att tills\u00e4tta extra protein f\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa musklerna att reparera sig och byggas upp igen. Sj\u00e4lvklart kan man dricka protein pulver n\u00e4r man vill g\u00e5 ner i vikt ocks\u00e5, om man inte f\u00e5r i sig tillr\u00e4ckligt med protein via den vanliga kosten.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nWhy dont you have milk in you oatmeal?\u00a0<br \/>I dont like milk.. hehe<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSwedish: Varf\u00f6r inte mj\u00f6lk till gr\u00f6ten?
