I was at the gym with my mom and yesterday she met her personl trainer for the first time and she got some workouts that she are supposed to do the next 3 coming weeks. So today I tried her workouts (but with different weights of course)<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nWarmup:\u00a0Rowing machine 5 minutes (1000 meters)<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n12&#215;3 Seated legg press (60 kg)<br \/>\n12&#215;3 Incline press (10 kg)<br \/>\n12&#215;3 Lat pulldown (40 kg)<br \/>\n12&#215;3 Seated rowing (25 kg)<br \/>\n12&#215;3 Deadlift (27 kg)<br \/>\n1 minute x 3 times with 30 seconds rest in between PLANK<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/distilleryimage9.s3.amazonaws.com\/f2da8302631f11e2b0f022000a9f1369_7.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto\" class=\"image\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nSwedish:\u00a0Idag gjorde jag inte min vanliga tr\u00e4ning. Jag gick till gymmet med mamma som tr\u00e4ffade sin personliga tr\u00e4nare f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen ig\u00e5r. Hon fick ett tr\u00e4nings schema som hon ska f\u00f6lja de 3 kommande veckorna som ska tr\u00e4na och byga muskler i de stora muskelgrupperna. S\u00e5 idag k\u00f6rde vi p\u00e5 hennes schema och det var riktigt kul faktiskt! Jag vet dock inte vad \u00f6vningarna heter p\u00e5 svenska s\u00e5 kolla en liten bit upp i inl\u00e4gget d\u00e4r jag har skrivit dem p\u00e5 engelska.
