Im pretty nervous and it felt kinda weird to make a movie at the gym but I did my best and I hope that you will like it! This is a modified side plank lef lift.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nStep 1: Lie on your side with bottom leg bent and top leg straight. Lift your body, hips and upper thighs off the floor.<\/p>\n<p>Step 2: Raise the top leg up into the air.<\/p>\n<p>Do this with three sets of 15 to 20 repetitions on each side.<\/p>\n<p>Swedish:\u00a0Hej v\u00e4nner!<\/p>\n<p>Jag gjorde precis min f\u00f6rsta tr\u00e4ningsvideo.
