In about 30 minutes me and my mom is going to the gym. She is going to film me when I do some strenghtrainings for my abs, but, legs, arms and back etc. That im going to post every now and then here at my blog to give you tips on what you can do both at the gym and home. How sounds that?\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nPre wokout breakfast: Chocolate protein oatmeal (35 g oats, 300 g water, 1 scoop chocolate protein) topped with low fat cottage cheese and raspberries. A cup with green tea on the side.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cdn1.cdnme.se\/cdn\/9-1\/3836821\/images\/2013\/bild-2_50fa5e7eddf2b30b7aaf719a.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto\" class=\"image\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Swedish:\u00a0<br \/>God morgon!<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nJag vaknade f\u00f6r en stund sen och nu sitter jag i k\u00f6ket och \u00e4ter frukost. Om ungef\u00e4r 30 minuter b\u00e4r det av till gymmet. Mamma f\u00f6ljer med mig och ska filma n\u00e4r jag g\u00f6r lite \u00f6vningar f\u00f6r allt fr\u00e5n mage, rumpa, rygg, armar, ben etc som jag kommer att publicera h\u00e4r p\u00e5 bloggen lite d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 f\u00f6r att visa lite \u00f6vningar som ni kan g\u00f6ra b\u00e5de hemma och p\u00e5 gymmet. Hur l\u00e5ter det?\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nPre workout frukost: Choklad protein gr\u00f6t (1 dl havregryn, 3 dl vatten, 1 skopa choklad protein) toppat med l\u00e4tt keso och hallon.
