But I usually walk between 7-10 kilometers everytime. N\u00e4r man vill g\u00e5 ner i vikt handlar det om att ligga p\u00e5 ett enerhi underskott. Det vill s\u00e4ga att du g\u00f6r av med mer energi \u00e4n vad du f\u00e5r i dig.
