But usually we say that it is one day per week wo have that day. I wrote bout it HERE but I dont recommended to overeat on sweets and candy. Jag skrev ett helt inl\u00e4gg om just detta H\u00c4R. Men syftet med dagen \u00e4r inte att trycka i sig socker och godis, det \u00e4r inget jag rekommenderar. Or does it matter how old you are= I do thaibowing and gym everyday. would you recommend one whey as a snack before or after exercise?\u00a0<br \/>You workout a lot so I think that you can use protein powder if you want to. but its not neccessary. Im 16 and I use protein powder so I dont think that the age is a big part. I drink my protein after exercise cause I feel sick if I have to much food\/drinks in my belly when I workout. But you can do it before too if you want or both before and after. Remember: This is not going to replace a main meal.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSwedish: Hej! Eller spelar det n\u00e5gon roll hur gammal man \u00e4r?\u00a0Jag tr\u00e4nar thaiboxning och gym och tr\u00e4nar varje dag, Skulle du d\u00e5 rekommendera one whey som mellanm\u00e5l eller efter tr\u00e4ning eller f\u00f6re?\u00a0<br \/>\nDu tr\u00e4nar v\u00e4ldigt mycket s\u00e5 jag tycker absolut att du kan k\u00f6pa protein pulver om du vill, men det \u00e4r inte n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt. Jag \u00e4r 16 \u00e5r och jag dricker proteinpulver s\u00e5 jag tycker inte att du \u00e4r f\u00f6r liten f\u00f6r det. Jag dricker mitt protein efter tr\u00e4ningen f\u00f6r jag b\u00f6rjar ltt m\u00e5 illa om jag har massa mat\/dricka i magen n\u00e4r jag tr\u00e4nar.
