I went to the gym after school. \u00a0I did some ab exercises, but after 15 minutes I really had no energy and I ended up on the floor in the middle of the gym and just sat there and stared at the ground for 30 minutes. Then I picked myself up and \u00a0went toward the bus. I went home and ate a snack and went back to the gym again with new energy in the body. I went to a step class that \u00a0is \u00a055 minutes. I couldlnt remember the coriagrafi that I usually can do in my head and I mixed everything up and my head was just super dizzy and after 30 minutes I couldnt stand it anymore and I left the gym once again.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSo why do I tell you this? Its because I want you all to listen to your bodys! If you have days like I had today dont go to the gym in the first place. I will not go to the gym next time I feel like this because its not good to push your body that hard. \u00a0Thing like this can be a sign of a infection in your body and you might get sick if you push yourself to hard or in some cases it can be a sign of burnout. Take care and listen to your body.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/distilleryimage10.s3.amazonaws.com\/dd3a3e4a5f1c11e29d4222000a9e0706_7.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto\" class=\"image\" \/><br \/>\nMe today at the gym before my &#8221;collapse&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nSedish:\u00a0Idag var jag p\u00e5 gymmet tv\u00e5 g\u00e5nger. Jag gick dit direkt efter skolan, jag gjorde n\u00e5gra mag\u00f6vningar men efter 15 minuter hade jag verkligen ingen ork och jag hamnade p\u00e5 golvet mitt i gymmet och bara satt d\u00e4r och stirrade i marken i 30 minuter. Sen reste jag mig upp och gick mot bussen. Jag \u00e5kte hem och \u00e5t och \u00e5kte tillbaks till gymmet igen med ny energi i kroppen. Jag gick p\u00e5 en step klass som \u00e4r i 55 minuter. Jag h\u00e4ngde inte med i stegen alls som jag vanligtvis kan i huvudet och efter 30 minuter gick jag d\u00e4rifr\u00e5n f\u00f6r att jag verkligen inte orkade k\u00f6ra klart. Jag kan till\u00e4gga att jag inte \u00e4r mesig p\u00e5 gymmet och jag g\u00e5r aldrig fr\u00e5n ett pass innan det \u00e4r slut.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nS\u00e5 vad vill jag komma med detta? Jo att det \u00e4r viktigt att lyssna p\u00e5 kroppen! Om ni n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng har en s\u00e5n h\u00e4r dag som jag hade idag rekommenderar jag att inte g\u00e5 till gymmet \u00f6verhuvudtaget. N\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng jag k\u00e4nner som jag gjorde idag ska jag bara \u00e5ka hem direkt och vila f\u00f6r det \u00e4r inte bra att pusha kroppen s\u00e5 h\u00e5rt. Att man k\u00e4nner som jag gjode idag kan bero p\u00e5 att man har en infektion i kroppen och kanske \u00e4r p\u00e5 v\u00e4g att bli sjuk eller om vi ska vara \u00e4nnu v\u00e4rre s\u00e5 kan det ocks\u00e5 va ett tecken p\u00e5 utbr\u00e4ndhet.
