Mostly 60 minutes.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSwedish: Hur l\u00e4nge tr\u00e4nar du varje g\u00e5ng du \u00e4r p\u00e5 gymmet?<br \/>\nJag tr\u00e4nar mellan 45-90 minuter beroende p\u00e5 hur mycket tid jag har. Oftast brukar jag tr\u00e4na 60 minuter.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nWhen did you decide to live helathy and become fit?\u00a0<br \/>\nI&#8217;ve always been training since I was 4 years old and I&#8217;ve been training 5 days a week since I was eleven. Exercise has always been a big part of my life. But it was a little more than a year ago that I did stuck in my eating disorders &#8221;ortorexia and anorexia&#8221; \u00a0and I took the exercise and the healthylifestyle to the extreme. But I&#8217;m starting to get recovered and I have learned to \u00a0enjoy the &#8221;unhealthy&#8221; food sometimes and that it&#8217;s okay to skip a workout every now and then to go out with friends for coffee, That used to be anxiety related to me but as I said, I&#8217;m better now.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSwedish: N\u00e4r best\u00e4mde du dig f\u00f6r att bli s\u00e5 h\u00e4lsosam och fit?<br \/>\nJag har alltid tr\u00e4nat, sen jag var 4 \u00e5r och jag har tr\u00e4nat 5 dagar i veckan sen jag var elva \u00e5r. Tr\u00e4ning har alltid varit en stor del av mitt liv. Men det var f\u00f6r lite mer \u00e4n ett \u00e5r sen som jag fastnade i min ortorexi och anorexi och jag tog tr\u00e4ningen och de h\u00e4lsosamma till det extrema. Men jag \u00e4r p\u00e5 b\u00e4ttringsv\u00e4gen nu och jag har l\u00e4rt mig att njuta av &#8221;onyttig&#8221; mat och att det \u00e4r okej att hoppa tr\u00e4ningen ibland f\u00f6r att fika med v\u00e4nnerna som f\u00f6rut var \u00e5ngest kopplat f\u00f6r mig.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nDo your boyfriend support you in eating helathy, and does he eat healthy and workout as much as you do?\u00a0<br \/>Yes, he does. He always supports me in my decisions. Haha, he dont eat healthy at all and he does not workout. \u00a0 But that do not matter at all, we are the opposites to eachothers lifestyles but it woks anyway.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSwedish: St\u00f6ttar din pojkv\u00e4n dig med att \u00e4ta h\u00e4lsosamt och \u00e4ter han lika h\u00e4lsosmat som dig samt tr\u00e4nar han lika mycket som du?\u00a0<br \/>\nJa han st\u00f6ttar mig i alla mina beslut, dock \u00e4ter han l\u00e5ngt ifr\u00e5n h\u00e4lsosamt och tr\u00e4nar inte alls. Men det spelar verkligen ingen roll, v\u00e5ra kroppar fungerar olika och alla v\u00e4ljer att l\u00e4gga tid p\u00e5 olika saker. Han l\u00e4gger sin tid p\u00e5 att jibba och jag l\u00e4gger min p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningen. Vi \u00e4r varandras motsatser n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller livsstil men det funkar hur bra som helst \u00e4nd\u00e5.<br \/>\n<br \/>How did you two meet? \ud83d\ude42<br \/>Hes best friend was together with my friend and we started to hang out, but then we fell apart and one day we met eachother at a bus and a month later we were a couple. Hahah long story in short words.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSwedish: Hur tr\u00e4ffades ni tv\u00e5? \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nHans b\u00e4sta polare var tillsammans med min kompis s\u00e5 jag tr\u00e4ffade honom n\u00e5gra g\u00e5nger men vi tappade konntakten n\u00e4r v\u00e5ra kompisar gjorde slut. Sen n\u00e5gra m\u00e5nader senare tr\u00e4ffades vi p\u00e5 en buss och b\u00f6rjade prata och lite mer \u00e4n en m\u00e5nad senare var vi ett par. It depends on the wheater. When its warm I do it everymorning but like today when it was snow storm and -12\u00b0C degrees I didnt.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSwedish: G\u00e5r du powerwalk varje skolmorgon?<br \/>\nNej, men n\u00e4stan alltid! P\u00e5 v\u00e5ren, sommaren och h\u00f6sten g\u00f6r jag det och till viss del nu p\u00e5 vintern ocks\u00e5. Men dagar som idag n\u00f6r det var sn\u00f6 kaos och -12 grader s\u00e5 gick jag bara en snabbis med hunden och sen gcik jag in igen.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nWhat type of oatmeal do you use? Which brand etc? \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nI dont know really, I use normal rolled oats and I buy what I see. Ica, gyllenhammars, Axa etc.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSwedish: Vilken sorts havregryn anv\u00e4nder du? Vilket m\u00e4rke osv? \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nJag anv\u00e4nder vanliga havregryn och hos min pojkv\u00e4n \u00e4ter jag alltid fiberhavregryn. Jag anv\u00e4nder de flesta m\u00e4rkena, Ica, ldl, gyllenhammars och Axa.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nWhat do you weight and how tall are you?<br \/>\nWeight: 54-56 kg Im not quite sure cause I dont weight myself so often I measure instead. Height: 167 centimeters.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSwedish: Vad v\u00e4ger du och hur l\u00e5ng \u00e4r du?<br \/>\nVikt: 54.56 kilo, jag vet inte helt s\u00e4kert f\u00f6r jag burkar inte v\u00e4ga mig s\u00e4rskilt ofta uta brukar anv\u00e4nda mig av m\u00e5ttband.
