Did you do it? Anyway, these week has a new challenge.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nChallenge week 3:\u00a0You can do this anytime at the day. This week we are going to use the stairs. We are not going to take the elivator, and we will not use the escelator. If there is stairs we are going to use them. Run, jump, walk or whatever you like. To use the stirs instead of the elivator will help you burn a lot of extra calories. When you walk or run in the stairs \u00a0you are tightening the thighs and buttocks considerably, so that they will get a thighter look.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nI would love if you left a comment and tell me how you are doing. And please sen me pictures when yo do it if you like. Gjorde du det? I vilket fall, den h\u00e4r veckan har vi en ny utmaning.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nUtmning vecka 3:\u00a0Det h\u00e4r kan du g\u00f6ra vilken tid som helst under dagen. Den h\u00e4r veckan ska vi \u00e4nv\u00e4nda oss av trappor. Vi ska undvika hissen och rulltrapporna, om det finns trappor ska vi minsann anv\u00e4nda dem! Spring, hoppa, g\u00e5 eller vad du nu k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r upp f\u00f6r trapporna. Att g\u00e5 i trapporn i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att ta hissen som vanligt kommer att hj\u00e4lpa oss att br\u00e4nna en del extra kalorier, desumtom\u00a0stramar vi upp l\u00e5r- och s\u00e4tesmuskulaturen avsev\u00e4rt, s\u00e5 att de f\u00e5r ett mycket mer fast utseende.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nJag skulle bli j\u00e4tte glad om ni l\u00e4mnar en kommentar och ber\u00e4ttar hur det g\u00e5r eller \u00e4nnu b\u00e4ttre om ni skickade in bilder!
