Decide the day before what you are going to eat next morning. If you have short of time why dont make some oatmeal in te microwave? It only takes 3 minutes and then you can top it with berries eller fruit or whatever you like. If you really dont have any time to cook anything in the morning, make your breakfast the day before. I do that sometimes. I mostly makes smoothies and pancakes and just puts it in the refrigerator over night, or maybe overnight oatmeal? Does it sound hard? A healthy breakfast dont need to be complicated.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cdn1.cdnme.se\/cdn\/9-1\/3836821\/images\/2013\/dsc_0182_50ef18ece087c3631b8b5459.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto\" class=\"image\" \/><br \/>\nThis is the other night when I made a smoothie because I didnt have time to make breakfast the morning after.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nSwedish:<br \/>Jag f\u00e5r ofta fr\u00e5gor som s\u00e4ger ungef\u00e4r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r\u00a0&#8221;Hur har du tid att g\u00f6ra alla dessa komplicerade och h\u00e4lsosamma frukostarna varje morgon?&#8221;\u00a0Svaret \u00e4r enkelt, allt handlar om f\u00f6rberedelser. Best\u00e4m redan dagen innan vad du ska \u00e4ta till frukost. Om du har ont om tid p\u00e5 morgoenen \u00e4r det l\u00e4ttaste att g\u00f6ra havregryns gr\u00f6t som du sedan kan toppa med frukt, b\u00e4r, mj\u00f6lk, yoghurt eller vad du nu f\u00f6redrar. Det tar 3 minuter. Men om du inte ens har 3 minuter \u00f6ver s\u00e5 varf\u00f6r inte g\u00f6r maten kv\u00e4llen innan? Jag brukar satsa p\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra smoothies och pannkakor f\u00f6r det \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att st\u00e4lla in i kylen och sedan \u00e4ta direkt p\u00e5 morgonen, eller varf\u00f6r inte overnight oatmeal? Enkelt och gott!
