What time do you wake up and how many hours do you need to make time for everything you do before school?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I wake up at 06:45 and go out on my power walk before breakfast, between 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. when I come back I eat breakfast as soon as I arrive. The breakfast is really not that complicated, I usually eat oatmeal for breakfast, and it can be done in two minutes in the microwave. My bus leaves at 8:03 a.m or something so then I have one hour altogether to eat breakfast, take a shower and fix my makeup.<\/p>\n<p>Undrar f\u00f6r det f\u00f6rsta hur du har tid med att ta en powerwalk och g\u00f6ra olika sorters nyttiga frukostm\u00e5l i stortsett varje dag? Vilken tid g\u00e5r du is\u00e5nnafall upp och hur m\u00e5nga timmar beh\u00f6ver du p\u00e5 dig att hinna med allt innan skolan?<\/p>\n<p>Jag g\u00e5r en powerwalk innan frukost, mellan 06:00-07:00 d\u00e5 \u00e4ter jag frukost direkt n\u00e4r jag kommer in. Frukosten \u00e4r egentligen inte s\u00e5 komplicerad, jag brukar oftast \u00e4ta havregrynsgr\u00f6t till frukost och den g\u00e5r att g\u00f6ra p\u00e5 tv\u00e5 minuter i mikron. Min buss g\u00e5r vid 08:03 eller n\u00e5got s\u00e5nt s\u00e5 d\u00e5 har jag en timme allt som allt till att \u00e4ta frukost, duscha och fixa sminket.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>When do you go to bed? I wonderhow many hours you sleep at night, because I can imagine that you need a lot of sleep in order to cope with all the training and to keep your health good.<\/p>\n<p>It depends, I usually go to bed at 23:00 p.m and \u00a0then I will have 7 hours of sleep.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r g\u00e5r du och l\u00e4gger dig? T\u00e4nker p\u00e5 hur m\u00e5nga timmar du sover om natten, f\u00f6r jag kan t\u00e4nka mig att du beh\u00f6ver mycket s\u00f6mn f\u00f6r att kunna orka med all tr\u00e4ning och f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla h\u00e4lsan bra.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r helt olika, jag brukar satsa p\u00e5 att g\u00e5 och l\u00e4gga mig klockan 23:00 d\u00e5 har jag 7 timmars s\u00f6mn.<\/p>\n<p>What made you decide to set up so hard training \/ your health and when did it start?<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve always been training since I was 4 years old and I&#8217;ve been training 5 days a week since I was eleven. Exercise has always been a big part of my life. But it was a little more than a year ago that I did stuck in my eating disorders &#8221;ortorexia and anorexia&#8221; \u00a0and I took the exercise and the healthylifestyle to the extreme. But I&#8217;m starting to get recovered and I have learned to \u00a0enjoy the &#8221;unhealthy&#8221; food sometimes and that it&#8217;s okay to skip a workout every now and then to go out with friends for coffee, That used to be anxiety related to me but as I said, I&#8217;m better now.<\/p>\n<p>Vad fick dig att b\u00f6rja st\u00e4lla in dig s\u00e5 h\u00e5rt p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ning\/din h\u00e4lsa och n\u00e4r b\u00f6rjade du p\u00e5riktigt s\u00e5 att s\u00e4ga?<\/p>\n<p>Jag har alltid tr\u00e4nat, sen jag var 4 \u00e5r och jag har tr\u00e4nat 5 dagar i veckan sen jag var elva \u00e5r. Tr\u00e4ning har alltid varit en stor del av mitt liv. Men det var f\u00f6r lite mer \u00e4n ett \u00e5r sen som jag fastnade i min ortorexi och anorexi och jag tog tr\u00e4ningen och de h\u00e4lsosamma till det extrema. Men jag \u00e4r p\u00e5 b\u00e4ttringsv\u00e4gen nu och jag har l\u00e4rt mig att njuta av &#8221;onyttig&#8221; mat och att det \u00e4r okej att hoppa tr\u00e4ningen ibland f\u00f6r att fika med v\u00e4nnerna som f\u00f6rut var \u00e5ngest kopplat f\u00f6r mig.<\/p>\n<p>Have you been doing \/ doing any sport or run on your own training?<\/p>\n<p>I have been a gymnast since I was four and I competed at elite level for a few years but I broke my arm so badly that the doctors couldnt even fix it during surgery so I had to qouit my gymnastic after 10 years of trainig. I have tried a lot of sports such as boxing, tennis, diving, cheer leading, soccer and gymnastics. Today I exercise on my \u00a0own at the gym and outside because I cant really use my arm.<\/p>\n<p>Har du h\u00e5llit p\u00e5 med\/h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 med n\u00e5gon sport eller k\u00f6r du p\u00e5 egen tr\u00e4ning?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Jag har varit gymnast sendan jag var fyra och tr\u00e4vlde p\u00e5 elit niv\u00e5 under n\u00e5gra \u00e5r men jag br\u00f6t armen s\u00e5 pass illa att den inte ens gick att fixa under operation s\u00e5 jag fick l\u00e4gga ner den tr\u00e4ninen. Under mina \u00e5r har jag hunnit testa p\u00e5 sporter som boxning, tennis, fridykning, cheer leading, fotboll och gymnastik.
