At this category I will post something once a week, at every monday. At every monday will I post a challenge that I challange you guys to do everyday for one week and then next monday I will post a new challenge. Hoe does that sound? First challenge is today.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nChallenge week 2:\u00a0You can do this anytime at the day. I will probably do it in the morning before breakfast or in the evning before I go to bed. I want you all to hold a plank for at least 1 minute everyday, or as long as you can if you can do it more than 1 minute. if you cant hold a plank for 1 minute that should be this weeks goal. Start with 30 seconds if you think its hard and then take a break for 20 seconds and hold your plank 30 more seconds. Under den h\u00e4r kategorin kommer jag att skriva ett inl\u00e4gg varje vecka, p\u00e5 m\u00e5ndagen. Varje m\u00e5ndag kommer jag skriva en utmaning som jag vill att ni ska g\u00f6ra med mig varje dag under en vecka och m\u00e5ndagen efter s\u00e5 kommer jag komma upp med en ny utmaning. Hur l\u00e5ter det? F\u00f6rsta utmaninen \u00e4r idag.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nUtmaning vecka 2:\u00a0Du kan g\u00f6ra det h\u00e4r vilken tidpunkt under dygnet som du k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r. Jag kommer troligtvis g\u00f6ra dt p\u00e5 morgonen direkt n\u00e4r jag vaknat eller p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen precis innan jag g\u00e5r och l\u00e4gger mig. Jag vill att ni g\u00f6r plankan i minst 1 minut, eller att ni h\u00e5ller den s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge som ni kan om ni klarar l\u00e4ngre \u00e4n en minut. Om du inte klarar att h\u00e5lla en planka i en minut i str\u00e4ck s\u00e5 kanske det ska bli m\u00e5let f\u00f6r den h\u00e4r veckan? B\u00f6rja med plankan i 30 sekunder, pausa i 20 sekunder och sen st\u00e5r du i plankan i ytterligare 30 sekunder.
