It was really cold today, but not as slippery as it was yesterday! I feel great and now Im going to have a BIG post workout breakfast.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Vanilla oatmeal with eggwhites toppe with some raspberries, a bowl with a mix of quark, cottage cheese, stevia and cacao powder on the side. (I relly recommend this, its delicious!), green tea and water with ice on the side too.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nI hope that you all is having a great day! Today is my last free day from school and tomorrow everything gets back to normal again.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/distilleryimage10.s3.amazonaws.com\/c9bda3ca58cd11e2a77f22000a9e29a0_7.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto\" class=\"image\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nSwedish:<br \/>\nHej!<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nJag kom precis in efter en timmes power walk. Det var riktigt kallt idag, men dock inte lika halt som det var ig\u00e5r s\u00e5 det gick l\u00e4ttare att g\u00e5 snabbt och f\u00e5 upp pulsen idag. Nu \u00e4r det dags f\u00f6r en STOR frukost.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nVanilj gr\u00f6t med \u00e4gg vitor toppat med lite hallon, en sk\u00e5l med en mix av kvarg\/kesella, keso, stevia och kakao (Detta \u00e4r hur gott som helst och jag rekommenderar alla det h\u00e4r.). En kopp med gr\u00f6nt te och ett glas med is vatten vid sidan.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nHoppas att ni alla har en j\u00e4tte bra dag.
