It took me almost the wole day, but it was fun making them and they turned out really great. Some of my followers at instagram (fitspooration@instagram) wanted me to share the recipe.\u00a0These are not healthy but they are delicious.\u00a0Its okey to enjoy sometimes as long as it is in moderation. It can be actually be healthy to enjoy &#8221;unhealthy&#8221; foods sometimes. Its good for your mind.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n41 donuts:<br \/>\nFor the donuts<br \/>\n10 g yeast<br \/>\n1 tbsp water (37\u00b0C)<br \/>\n75 g butter<br \/>\n400 g milk<br \/>\n85 g sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp salt<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\n720 g whole wheat flour<br \/>\nCanola Oil for frying<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nFrosting:\u00a0<br \/>37 g butter<br \/>\n150 g icing sugar<br \/>\n2 tbsp water<br \/>\n(Food couloring and sprinkles)<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>1: Place yeast in a bowl and pour over the lwater, 37 degrees;<br \/>and dissolve the yeast in the water.<\/p>\n<p>2: Melt the butter in a saucepan, pour over the milk and let it cool to<br \/>37 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>3: Pour the dough liquid over the yeast and add sugar, salt, eggs, and about the half of the flour.<\/p>\n<p>4: Stir until smooth, then add remaining flour, a little at a time.<br \/>Knead the dough a few minutes and let it rise until double size in about<br \/>one hour.<\/p>\n<p>5: Turn out the dough onto floured surface, roll it out to about 1 cm<br \/>thick. Use a glass or something thats round to press out circles and make a hole in the middle<br \/>on each circle. Let them rise until double in size.<\/p>\n<p>6: Heat the oil to about 180 degrees in a pot. Fry the fermented rings<br \/>beautiful golden brown about 1 minute on each side.<\/p>\n<p>7: Let the donuts drain on a paper.<\/p>\n<p>8: Melt the butter for the icing and let it cool down. Stir in the icing sugar, water<br \/>and the food coulor. N\u00e5gra av mina followers p\u00e5 instagram (fitspooration@instagram) ville att jag skulle dela med mig av receptet.\u00a0Dessa \u00e4r inte &#8221;h\u00e4lsosamma&#8221; men de \u00e4r riktigt goda.\u00a0Kom ih\u00e5g att det \u00e4r okej att unna sig ibland . Det kan faktiskt vara h\u00e4lsosamt att unna sig n\u00e5got &#8221;oh\u00e4lsosamt&#8221; ibland. Det \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r din sj\u00e4l.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n41 donuts:<br \/>\nDonuts:<br \/>10 gram j\u00e4st<br \/>\n1 msk vatten (Ljummet, 37\u00b0C)<br \/>\n75 gram sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n4 dl mj\u00f6lk<br \/>\n1 dl str\u00f6socker<br \/>\n1 tsk salt<br \/>\n2 \u00e4gg<br \/>\nRapsolja f\u00f6r friteringen<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nGlasyr:\u00a0<br \/>\n<br \/>37 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n2,5 dl florsocker<br \/>\n2 msk vatten<br \/>\nKaramell f\u00e4rg och str\u00f6ssel.\u00a0<br \/>\n1. L\u00e4gg j\u00e4sten i en bunke och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver fingervarmt vatten, 37 grader,<br \/>och l\u00f6s upp j\u00e4sten i vattnet.<\/p>\n<p>2. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull, h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver mj\u00f6lken och l\u00e5t det svalna till<br \/>37 grader.<\/p>\n<p>3. H\u00e4ll degv\u00e4tskan \u00f6ver j\u00e4sten och tills\u00e4tt socker, salt, \u00e4gg och ca 6 dl<br \/>av mj\u00f6let.<\/p>\n<p>4. R\u00f6r ihop till en sl\u00e4t smet, tills\u00e4tt sedan resten av mj\u00f6let, lite i taget.<br \/>Kn\u00e5da degen ett par minuter och l\u00e5t den sedan j\u00e4sa till dubbel storlek i ca<br \/>en timme.<\/p>\n<p>5. Stj\u00e4lp upp degen p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lat bakbord, kavla ut den till en ca 1 cm<br \/>tjock platta. Ta med hj\u00e4lp av utstickare ut rundlar och tag ur ett h\u00e5l i mitten<br \/>p\u00e5 varje rundel. L\u00e5t dem sedan j\u00e4sa till dubbel storlek.<\/p>\n<p>6. Hetta upp oljan till ca 180 grader i en gryta. Fritera de j\u00e4sta ringarna<br \/>vackert gyllenbruna ca 1 minut p\u00e5 varje sida.<\/p>\n<p>7. L\u00e5t donutsen rinna av p\u00e5 hush\u00e5llpapper.<\/p>\n<p>8. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret till glasyren och l\u00e5t det svalna. R\u00f6r i florsocker, vatten<br \/>och hush\u00e5llsf\u00e4rg.
