I on the other side have never been a big fun of skiing. I have done it once and my friends\u00a0deceived me to the difficult slopes. So I thought it was scary because I couldnt turn och brake without falling, at least I was the fastest person down. haha! Anyway, after a day out in the snow I guess most people would love to have some hot cacao so I made up a recipe for a healthier verision. Its a very simple recipe and I guess Im not the first one doing it.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n2 persons.<br \/>\n2 tbsp cacao<br \/>\n2 tbsp stevia<br \/>\n400 g milk<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nPour the cocoa and stevia in a saucepan. Whisk until smooth. No cocoa lumps should be seen. Add the milk and warm it until you get the temperatyr you like.\u00a0The chocolate dont need to be heated until it boils.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nPS: Since its milk, be careful and do not leave the pan without looking at it, the milk can easely boil over.<\/p>\n<p>Serve immediately. Jag \u00e5 andra sidn har aldrig varit ett stort fan av att \u00e5ka skidor. Jag har gjort det en enda g\u00e5ng och mina v\u00e4nner lurade upp mig i de r\u00f6da och till och med de svarta backarna och jag kunde inte bromsa och tyckte att det var j\u00e4tte l\u00e4skigt. Jag \u00e5kte i alla fall snabbast av alla eftersom att jag inte kunde bromsa eller sv\u00e4nga! Hahah sk\u00e4mt o-sido. I alla fall, efter en dag ute i sn\u00f6n vet jag att m\u00e5nga gillar att dricka en kopp med varm oboy och d\u00e4r\u00f6fr sl\u00e4ngde jag ihop ett enkelt recept p\u00e5 en lite nyttigare variant av detta. Det \u00e4r ett v\u00e4ldigt simpelt recept s\u00e5 jag gissar att jag inte \u00e4r den f\u00f6rsta personen som testade detta.<\/p>\n<p>2 personer.<br \/>2 msk kakao<br \/>2 msk stevia<br \/>4 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll kakao och stevia i en kastrull. Vispa till en j\u00e4mn smet. Inga kakaoklumpar ska synas till. Tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lken och v\u00e4rm chokalden til \u00f6nskad temperatur. \u00a0Chokladen beh\u00f6ver inte v\u00e4rmas tills den kokar. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>PS: Eftersom det \u00e4r mj\u00f6lk, var f\u00f6rsiktig och l\u00e4mna inte kastrullen utan uppsikt d\u00e5 mj\u00f6lken l\u00e4tt kokar \u00f6ver.<\/p>\n<p>Servera direkt.
