F\u00f6r v\u00e5rt eget v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende helt enkelt! Vi ska vara spontana den h\u00e4r veckan!<\/p>\n<p><em>Vi ska lyssna p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra impulser och g\u00f6ra saker som f\u00e5r oss att m\u00e5 bra och k\u00e4nna oss mer levande! BE SPONTANEOUS.<\/p>\n<p>This week, the challenge will not be a special exercise, but more like a challenge of life. For our own well-being simply! We will aim to be spontaneous this week!<\/p>\n<p>We are going to listen to our impulses and do things that make us feel good and feel more alive! It can be anything from calling a friend who you have not talked to in a long time.<br \/>\nThat when you actually have booked with your friends that you are going out in the evening but you are super tired and instead of going out you are canceling and just stay at home and cuddle instead.<br \/>\nYou run 15 minutes extra on the treadmill just because you are doing so well just that day even though you don&#8217;t really have the time and should go home and study.<\/p>\n<p>You see the the point?
