Det var ben dag f\u00f6r min del idag och jag gjorde person rekord i vikt p\u00e5 flera av mina \u00f6vningar! \ud83d\ude00<br \/>\nEfter det s\u00e5 hade vi idrottslektion, jag och Malin skulle h\u00e5lla lektionen idag och vi gjorde cirkeltr\u00e4ning med diverse styrke och pulsh\u00f6jande \u00f6vningar! Det var j\u00e4tteroligt och jag tror att mer \u00e4n h\u00e4lften av mina klassisar kommer att ha tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk imorgon! It was leg day for me today and I made personal records in a several of my exercises! \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p>After that, we had PE in school, I and Malin had the lessson today instead of the teacher,we did circuit training with various strength and cardio exercises! It was great and I think more than half of my classmates will be sore tomorrow!
