Jag tr\u00e4nar 5 dagar i veckan.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c4r det <strong>okej <\/strong>att \u00e4ta proteinbarer varannan dag eller blir jag tjock d\u00e5?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c4r det <strong>okej <\/strong>att ta ut en extra vilodag i veckan?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c4r det <strong>okej <\/strong>att jag dricker alkohol en kv\u00e4ll? Min syster fyller 18 och sk ut p\u00e5 krogen f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sn\u00e4lla fina ni, det \u00e4r <strong>okej. <\/strong>Det finns inget som \u00e4r okej och inte okej. Som jag brukar s\u00e4ga &#8221;Allt i lagom m\u00e5tta&#8221; \u00e4r okej. F\u00f6r mycket eller f\u00f6r lite av n\u00e5got \u00e4r aldrig bra. Bara f\u00f6r att ni lever det &#8221;h\u00e4lsosamma livet&#8221; betyder inte det att det ska g\u00e5 till \u00f6verdrift och att ni ska f\u00f6rbjuda er saker, f\u00f6r d\u00e5 \u00e4r det inte h\u00e4lsosamt l\u00e4ngre. Vill ni \u00e4ta godis en eller flera dagar i veckan, s\u00e5 ja g\u00f6r det! K\u00e4nner du att du m\u00e5ste ta en dag off fr\u00e5n tr\u00e4ningen, g\u00f6r det! Det \u00e4r helt okej, det \u00e4r faktiskt mer \u00e4n okej, lyssna p\u00e5 kroppen. Den har oftast r\u00e4tt. Fyller syrran \u00e5r? I workout 5 days a week.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Is it <strong>okay<\/strong> to eat protein bars every other day or do you think its fattening?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Is it <strong>okay<\/strong> to take an extra rest day a week?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Is it <strong>okay<\/strong>\u00a0for me to drink alcohol one night? My sister is turning \u00a018 and are going out to the pub for the first time.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Please, \u00a0you, it&#8217;s <strong>okay<\/strong>. There is nothing that is okay and not okay. As I usually say, &#8221;Everything in moderation&#8221; is okay. Too much or too little of anything is never good. Just because you live the &#8221;healthy life&#8221; does not mean that it will go to the extremes and that you prohibit yourself things, then it&#8217;s not healthy anymore. Do you want to eat candy once or more days a week, so yeah do it! Do you feel that you have to take a day off from training, do it! It&#8217;s okay, it&#8217;s actually more than okay, listen to your body. It&#8217;s usually right. Is it your sisters birthday?
