Jag hade egentligen t\u00e4nkt att k\u00f6ra mage idag ocks\u00e5 men jag hade inte varit hemma mellan gymmet och skolan s\u00e5 hade allts\u00e5 inte \u00e4tit p\u00e5 5 timmar s\u00e5 jag hade verkligen ingen ork efter min tabata tr\u00e4ning.<\/p>\n<p>Idag var faktiskt f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen jag provade tabata och jag har planerat att g\u00f6ra det tv\u00e5 till tre g\u00e5nger per vecka. Det \u00e4r ett mycket kort och intensivt pass.\u00a0Tabata intervaller \u00e4r korta maximalintensiva 20 sekundersintevaller som f\u00f6ljs av 10 sekunders vila. Intevallerna upprepas 8 g\u00e5nger och ger en total tr\u00e4ningstid p\u00e5 4 minuter. Jag gjorde detta p\u00e5 l\u00f6pbandet. Jag sprang p\u00e5 19 km i timmen vilket f\u00f6r mig som inte har v\u00e4rldens l\u00e4ngsta ben var det absolut snabbaste jag kunde springa. Om jag skulle h\u00f6ja s\u00e5 skulle mina ben inte hinna att springa \u00e4ven fast jag hade ork. S\u00e5 min puls steg rej\u00e4lt kan jag s\u00e4ga! Jag sprang p\u00e5 19 km\/h 20 sekunder och vilade 10 sekunder och upprepade det \u00e5tta g\u00e5nger, sedan vilade jag tv\u00e5 minuter och gjorde samma sak igen. Det r\u00e4ckte f\u00f6r mig idag med den minimala energin jag hade. I was planning to do some abs workout too as well \u00a0but I had not been home between the gym and school so I had not eaten for five hours so I really did not have any energy after my Tabata workouts.<\/p>\n<p>Today was actually the first time I tried Tabata and I&#8217;ve planned to do it two to three times a week. It is a very short and intense workout. Tabata intervals are short maximum intensive 20 seconds intervals followed by 10 seconds rest. The intervals are repeated 8 times, for a total workout time of 4 minutes. I did this on the treadmill. I ran at 19 kilometers an hour, which for me who do not have the longest legs was the fastest I could run. If I would turn up the speed \u00a0I would fall even though I had the power to run just becuse I just cant run that fast! So my heart rate was really high! I ran 19 km \/ h 20 seconds and rested 10 seconds and repeat eight times, then I rested two minutes and did the same thing again. That was enough for me today with the minimal energy I had. This is a super pass so do \u00a0this you too! <strong>Thus, 2-3 rounds Tabata with 20 seconds running and 10 seconds rest for 8 yards.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hej!
