So I decided to do almond butter cause I have never tasted it before and we had almonds at home. It really turned out delicious and it was easy to make. All that takes is some patience.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nYou will need:<br \/>\n200 g almonds (You can take more if you want more butter than I made)<br \/>\n1\/2 &#8211; 1 teaspoon sea salt<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nPut the almonds in a food processor.\u00a0Food process your almonds. Keep scraping the sides. At first, the almonds will just be all powdery. But do NOT add any liquids. Just keep processing them and scraping the sides. Soon you&#8217;ll see that your almonds will eventually turn kind of doughy. S\u00e5 jag best\u00e4mde mig f\u00f6r att testa p\u00e5 mandelsm\u00f6r idag. Dels f\u00f6r att jag aldrig har smakat det och att det \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt dyrt att k\u00f6pa f\u00e4rdigt plus att vi hade mandlar hemma.\u00a0<br \/>Sm\u00f6ret blev riktigt gott och det var l\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra. Allt du beh\u00f6ver \u00e4r lite t\u00e5lamod.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nDu beh\u00f6ver: 200 g mandlar (Om du inte vill ha mer sm\u00f6r s\u00e5 l\u00e4gger du sj\u00e4lvklart till fler mandlar)<br \/>\n1\/2 &#8211; 1 tesked havs salts.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nL\u00e4gg mandlarna i en matberedare. Mixa n\u00f6tterna och skrapa ner det som fastnar p\u00e5 sidrna. Till en b\u00f6rjan kommer mandlarna bara bli mj\u00f6liga\/pudriga. Men tills\u00e4tt INTE n\u00e5gon v\u00e4tska. Forst\u00e4tt att mixa mandlarna och skrapa sidorna. Snart kommer du se att mandlarna blir lite degiga. Forts\u00e4tt att mixa dem tills oljan\/fettet tr\u00e4nger ut ur n\u00f6tterna och efter ett tag kommer de bli som sm\u00f6r.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nS\u00e5 fort du f\u00e5tt konsisitensen du vill ha \u00e4r det bara att tills\u00e4tta saltet.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi!\u00a0 \u00a0 I just made my first nut butter.
