Can I exercise ex: my abs two days in a row or is that bad for my muscles? Should I wait at least one day between my workouts?<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nI wrote a post about that a week ago, you can read it HERE.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nJag gymmar r\u00e4tt mycket, ibland 2-3 dagar efter varandra. Kan man tr\u00e4na t.ex mage tv\u00e5 dagar efter varandra eller \u00e4r det d\u00e5ligt f\u00f6r musklerna? F\u00f6r man v\u00e4nta i alla fall en dag emellan?\u00a0<br \/>\n<br \/>Jag skrev ett inl\u00e4gg om just detta f\u00f6r ungef\u00e4r en vecka sedan, du kan l\u00e4sa inl\u00e4gget H\u00c4R.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nWhat can I do to get a thighter butt? Wich exercises are most effective?<\/p>\n<p>My favorites is squats and lunges. SNACK: a protein powder should not be used to replace a main meal.<\/p>\n<p>I am going to order my first protein powder as soon as I have enough money to buy one. (After christmas probably)\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nVad tycker du om proteinpulver?<br \/>\n<br \/>Jag sj\u00e4lv \u00e4ter\/dricker inte protein pulver, men jag tycker absolut att de som tr\u00e4nar myckt och eller vill g\u00e5 ner i vikt kan anv\u00e4nda si av proteinpulver som ett mellis om man har ett behov av extra proteiner f\u00f6rutom dessa som du f\u00e5r fr\u00e5n din dagiga kost. Like; powerwalking, running, bicykling etc. You cant decide where you want the fat to go, it goes from where the body wants. But dont give up to fast if you dont egt the results you want as fast as you expected. \u00a0It takes time and the fat will go from all of your body soon or later.<br \/>\nDont forget that the diet is super important if you want to lose weight.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nHur kan jag g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r att br\u00e4nna fett fr\u00e5n mage och l\u00e5r?\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nMan kan tyv\u00e4rr inte punktf\u00e4rbr\u00e4nna fett dvs best\u00e4mma vart du vill br\u00e4nna ditt fett genom att g\u00f6ra en speciell \u00f6vning. Du kan sj\u00e4lvklart tr\u00e4na musklerna i omr\u00e5det f\u00f6r att thighta till dig lite och musklerna hj\u00e4lper \u00e4ven till att br\u00e4nna fett. Men den mest effektiva \u00f6vningen f\u00f6r att br\u00e4nna fett \u00e4r att ut\u00f6va konditionstr\u00e4ning s\u00e5 som att powerwalka, springa eller cykla etc. Ge inte upp f\u00f6r snabbt om du inte f\u00e5r resultaten du hade v\u00e4ntat dig. Det tar tid att f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra sin kropp och fettet kommer f\u00f6rsvinna j\u00e4mt \u00f6ver hela kroppen, men det tar tid.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nGl\u00f6m inte att dieten \u00e4r minst lika viktig som sj\u00e4lva tr\u00e4ningen.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nCan you do \u00a0post with nice training clothes? It would be so much fun, I think its so hard to find the perfect workout clothes&#8230;<br \/>\n<br \/>Absolutely, Im going to do it as soon ab possible. Does it not taste strange? how strong is the cheesy flavour?<br \/>\n<br \/>Have you ever tasted cottage cheese, if not you have to do it! Cottage cheese is sent from heaven, I wouldnt surive without it! Its a great protein source and it dont taste like cheese at all, so dont worry about that!\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nDu verkar anv\u00e4nda dig av keso i dina recept hyfsat ofta, som i tillexempel din havregrynsgr\u00f6t. Smakar det inte kosntigt? Hur stark \u00e4r ost smaken?<br \/>\n<br \/>Har du n\u00e5gonsin smakat keso, om inte s\u00e5 har du verkligen missat n\u00e5got! Jag \u00e4lskar det och skulle aldrig \u00f6verleva utan det!
