But last time I checked my weight it was 53 kg. But since I have started to do so much strenghtraining I guess that I have gained. So I might weight 55-57 kg? My height is 167 centimeters.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nHur mycket du v\u00e4ger och hur l\u00e5ng du \u00e4r?<br \/>\n<br \/>Jag vet inte f\u00f6r jag har ingen v\u00e5g l\u00e4ngre. Men sist jag v\u00e4gde mig s\u00e5 var det runt 53 kg. Men eftersom att jag tr\u00e4nar s\u00e5 mycket styrka gissar jag p\u00e5 att jag har g\u00e5tt upp n\u00e5gra kilo. S\u00e5 jag gissar p\u00e5 kanske 55-57 kilo? Jag \u00e4r 167 centimeter l\u00e5ng.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nHow many calories is it in the yoghurt with blueberries with m\u00c3\u00bcsli on top from Naked juice bar? And hoe many calories is it in the smoothie &#8221;lemon flu fighter&#8221; ex if I take the large one? Is it a good snack?<br \/>\n<br \/>I dont know. Ask them who works there. And YES its a super snack! I love naked juice bar.<\/p>\n<p>Hur mycket kalorier \u00e4r det i en s\u00e5nd\u00e4r youghurt med bl\u00e5b\u00e4r underst och musli i toppen fr\u00e5n naked juicebar? Hur mycket \u00e4r det i en stor lemon flu fighter t.ex.? \u00c4r det ett bra mellanm\u00e5l?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Det vet jag inte, du f\u00e5r fr\u00e5ga de som jobbar d\u00e4r. Jag kan tyv\u00e4rr inte allt i huvudet men de som jobbar d\u00e4r har nog nogurlunda koll i alla fall. Annars kan du ju f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka se ungef\u00e4r hur mycket de h\u00e4ller i i smoothien av allt. Men jag gissar p\u00e5 att en smotthie \u00e4r ca 300 kalorer kanske lite mer eller mindre. Men som svar p\u00e5 din andra fr\u00e5ga, JA det \u00e4r ett toppen mellanm\u00e5l. Do you count the calories from the oil\/butter that you frie them in?<\/p>\n<p>That depends on hos much it is, if I do them myself I dont have so much butter in the pan. Maybe like 25 extra calories. So Im not always counting with them. But If I eat out, yes I count with some extra butter\/oil.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nOm du \u00e4ter en quornfile p\u00e5 ca 50 kcal. Vaniljpulver \u00e4r krossad vaniljst\u00e5ng och \u00e4r helt enkelt REN vanilj. Inget extra socker \u00e4r tillsatt och det \u00e4r inte samma smak som vanilj socker.
