I dont know how to resist my sweet tooth. There&#8217;s always candy at home in our family and the rest of the family eats sweets almost every day but HOW can I resist? Do you have any tips?<\/p>\n<p>There is no trick, all you can do is make up your mind. Make a fruit salad, it&#8217;s tastes much better \u00a0than candy and it will make you feel fuller + feel fresher. Otherwise, you can look under the category desserts\u00a0where there are lot of healthy treats.<\/p>\n<p>Jag klarar inte av att inte \u00e4ta godis och andra s\u00f6tsaker! Jag vet inte hur jag ska st\u00e5 emot mitt s\u00f6tsug f\u00f6r jag klarar det inte. G\u00f6r en fruktsallad, det \u00e4r godare \u00e4n godis och du kommer bli m\u00e4ttre + k\u00e4nna dig fr\u00e4share. Annars s\u00e5 kan du titta under kategorin desserts d\u00e4r det finns massa godsaker som \u00e4r nyttiga.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nHow do you have time to workout so often when you go to school?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I never watch Tv, do not sit with my computer, dont seeing my friends, etc. ifI havnt done my schoolwork or my exercises. But I make time for what I want to do, and to workout is a important part of my life so I make time for it. I go to school during the day. Then hit the gym for about 1-2 hours and study what I have to do and then I see my boyfriend. There is NO ONE that dont have 1 hour over to do what they want. \u00a0Some choose to put their free hours to watching TV and others like me choose to make that hour a exercise hour. EVERYONE has an 1 hour over.<\/p>\n<p>Hur hinner du tr\u00e4na s\u00e5 ofta n\u00e4r du g\u00e5r i skolan? vad g\u00e5r du f\u00f6r linje?<br \/>\n<br \/>Jag tittar alrdig p\u00e5 tv, sitter inte vid datorn, \u00e4r med kompisar osv om jag inte \u00e4r klar med skolan eller tr\u00e4ningen. Jag g\u00e5r linjen Sam-Media och \u00e4ven en v\u00e4ldigt satsig skola med v\u00e4ldigt mycket plugg och tempot g\u00e5r v\u00e4ldigt fort. Men man g\u00f6r tid till det man vill g\u00f6ra. Jag g\u00e5r i skolan p\u00e5 dagen. L\u00e4gger 1-2 timmar p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ning och sen pluggar jag det jag beh\u00f6ver och \u00e4r med min pojkv\u00e4n. Det finns ingen som l\u00e4gger varenda timme man har \u00f6ver p\u00e5 fritiden till att plugga. Vissa v\u00e4ljer att l\u00e4gga sina lediga timmar p\u00e5 att titta p\u00e5 tv och jag v\u00e4ljer att l\u00e4gga en timme p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ning. ALLA har en timme \u00f6ver.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nI eat pasta even though I dont want to cause I dont know how to get carbs into my system if I dont. Can I eat something else instead of pasta but still get the carbs?<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nOatmeal, oats, all type of fruits, graham flour, berries, veggies, mashrooms etc.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nJag \u00e4ter pasta \u00e4ven fast jag inte vill det, bara f\u00f6r att jag inte vet hur jag annars ska f\u00e5 i mig kolhydrater. Vad kan jag \u00e4ta ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r pasta om jag vill f\u00e5 i mig kolhydrater?<br \/>\n<br \/>Havregrynsgr\u00f6t, havre, alla typer av frukt, b\u00e4r, gr\u00f6nsaker, svamp, grahamsmj\u00f6l, fullkornsmj\u00f6l etc. Det finns massor av alternativ.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nI get the feeling that you eat very little (calories i mean). Wouldnt it be better if you had more calories at least at the days you workout?<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nI dont eat to little. I eat 5 to 8 times a day and mostly 1900 calories. Thats not little. That is to maintain my weight but I build muscles too so I gain weight anyway. Det \u00e4r f\u00f6r att beh\u00e5lla min uvarande vikt, men eftersom att jag tr\u00e4nar s\u00e5 mycket s\u00e5 g\u00e5r jag upp i vikt i alla fall. Jag \u00e4ter 1900 kalorer alla dagar, b\u00e5de de agar jag inte tr\u00e4nar och de dagar jag tr\u00e4nar.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nIf I eat a 1000 extra calories ONCE a week, will that make me gain weight or will the body take care of those extra calories?<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nYou can eat 1000 extra calories once a week. it wont make you gain. But if you did it everyday you would gain 1kg (2lbs) a week.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nOm man \u00e4ter ett \u00f6verskott p\u00e5 1000 kalorier en dag i veckan, varje vecka kommer man att g\u00e5 upp i vikt d\u00e5 eller klarar kroppen av att f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nna de &#8221;extra&#8221; kalorierna?\u00a0<br \/>\n<br \/>Du kan vara lung med att \u00e4ta 1000 extra kalorier en g\u00e5ng i veckan, du kommer inte g\u00e5 upp i vikt. Morgonen efter kanske du v\u00e4ger lite extra men det \u00e4r inte fett utan extra mat och vatten som kroppen inte har hunnit g\u00f6ra sig av med \u00e4nnu. S\u00e5 l\u00e4nge du inte \u00e4ter 1000 extra kalorier varje dag s\u00e5 kommer du inte att g\u00e5 upp. men om du \u00e4ter 1000 extra VARJE dag s\u00e5 kommer du g\u00e5 upp ca 1 kg i veckan.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nCan I lose weight even though Im not exercise? I eat under 1000 calories evryday.<br \/>\n<br \/>Yes you will lose weight in the begginging but then your body will go in starvation mode and your body are going to store everything you eat because it dousnt know when its getting food the next time. You shuld at least eat 1200 calories a day. MINIMUM. \u00a0If you dont workout when you eat that little you will not loose only fat but you will lose muscles too. And you will not get a hot\/sexy body by doing that. Exercise and eat healthy will make you feel healthy and you will look better!<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nKan jag g\u00e5 ner i vikt fast jag inte tr\u00e4nar? Jag \u00e4ter under 1000 kalorier varje dag.<br \/>\n<br \/>Ja, du kommer att g\u00e5 ner vikt till en b\u00f6rjan men p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngre sikt kommer din kropp st\u00e4lla in sig i sv\u00e4ltl\u00e4ge och spara varemda kalori du stoppar i dig i din fett reserv f\u00f6r att kroppen inte vet n\u00e4r den kommer f\u00e5 mat n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng. Du borde \u00e4ta MINSt 1200 kalorier om dagen. Om du \u00e4ter s\u00e5 pass lite och inte tr\u00e4nar s\u00e5 kommer du inte g\u00e5 ner i vikt i endast fett utan du kommer att f\u00f6rlora muskler ocks\u00e5. Du kommer inte f\u00e5 en fin tonad och sexig kropp, utan du komemr att bli mager och kanske till och med &#8221;smal fet&#8221;. Om du \u00e4ter mer och tr\u00e4nar kommer du b\u00e5de m\u00e5 b\u00e4ttre och f\u00e5 en riktigt snygg kropp!<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nHow do I get rid of my lovehandles?\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nYou cant decide where you want to burn fat. All you can do is cardio like running, powerwalking, ellipticaltrainer, bycikling etc.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nHur f\u00e5r man bort &#8221;k\u00e4rlekshantag&#8221; p\u00e5 ett bra och effektivt s\u00e4tt?\u00a0<br \/>\n<br \/>Man kan inte punktf\u00f6rbr\u00e4nna fett som du kanske har h\u00f6rt. Det mest effektiva \u00e4r att tr\u00e4na konditionstr\u00e4ning s\u00e5 som att springa, powerwalka, g\u00e5 p\u00e5 crosstrainern, cykla etc.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nHow often should I eat and how much to lose weight?<br \/>\n<br \/>Eat little and often to keep your metabolism up. I eat 5-8 meals a day.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nHur mycket b\u00f6r man ungef\u00e4r \u00e4ta under en dag f\u00f6r att g\u00e5 ner i ett bra tempo? inte i kalorier d\u00e5 det inte s\u00e4ger mig s\u00e5 mycket men ska man \u00e4ta typ 2 &#8221;st\u00f6rre&#8221; m\u00e5ltider\/ dag eller bara en?\u00a0<br \/>\n<br \/>\u00c4t lite och ofta!
