A person that weights 70 kg and is 170 centimeters will burn more that a poerson that weights 55 kg and is 160 centimeters. And yes, its hard because it takes so much longer time to write in two languages and translate everything i write. Your body is in starvation mode and that means that your body will store everything you eat as fat because the body dousnt know when its going to get food the next time. You should at least eat 1200 calories to not go in starvation mode. If you eat more you will lose weight faster because instead of holding on to the food you eating the body will get a faster metabolism. Or if you want to lose weight eat at least 1300. But I think that you should eat \u00a01500 calories a day. F\u00f6r att inte g\u00e5 in i sv\u00e4ltl\u00e4ge ska du \u00e4ta minst 1200 kalorier osm tjej (Minimum f\u00f6r killar \u00e4r 1800). Om du \u00e4ter mer kommer det g\u00e5 snabbare att g\u00e5 ner i vikt. Om du \u00e4ter mer s\u00e5 kommer kroppen ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla igen p\u00e5 alla kalorier du stoppar i dig s\u00e5 kommer f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nningen snabbas upp och du kommer att g\u00e5 ner i vikt snabbare. Om du vill g\u00e5 ner i vikt tycker jag att du ska \u00e4ta minst 1200-1300 kalorier. En kvinna som vill h\u00e5lla sin vikt brukar \u00e4ta mellan 1800-2500 eller mer beroende p\u00e5 hur mycket hon tr\u00e4nar.
