My a boyfrined left for work early in the morning unfortunately. Anyway, we decorated gingerbread hearts and baked saffron buns. His cousnis was so cute, only 5 and 6 years old. So we had a really cozy day. Now I&#8217;m sitting at my match class in school, I only have 2 hour lessons today so its a calm day and after this Im going to the gym.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nHear is the recipe for the saffron buns, this is a classic christmas bun in sweden and they taste really good! But the recipe is not healthy but its okey to enjoy sometimes so I think you should try them anyway!<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nRecipe from\u00a0Arla.\u00a0ps, these are not healthy.<br \/>\nThis recipe makes about 35 pieces<br \/>\n50 gram yeast<br \/>\n100 gram butter\u00a0<br \/>\n500 gram milk\u00a0<br \/>\n250 gram quark<br \/>\n1 gram saffron<br \/>\n127,5 gram sugar<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon salt<br \/>\nAbout 1020 gram whole wheat flour<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nCrumb the yeast into a bowl. Melt butter, and add the milk and heat to a maximum of 37 \u00b0. Pour it over the yeast. Add the remaining ingredients. Knead the dough until smooth. Let the dough rise under a towle for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 225 \u00b0 celcius degrees. Put the dough on floured work surface. Cut \u00a0it in 35 pieces and bake simple buns. Place on baking trays with baking paper. Garnish with raisins. Let rise about 20 minutes. Brush with a whisked egg. Tv\u00e5 sm\u00e5 tjejer, jag tror att de var 5 och 6 \u00e5r. Tyv\u00e4rr s\u00e5 var Jepser tvungen att \u00e5ka och jobba redan vid sju imorse s\u00e5 vi fick klara oss utan honom idag. I vilket fall, vi dekorerade pepparkaks hj\u00e4rtan med glasyr, glitter, str\u00f6ssel, choklad och massa gott och sen s\u00e5 bakade vi lusse bullar i alla dess former. Receptet p\u00e5 lussebullarna kan ni se lite l\u00e4ngre ner.\u00a0<br \/>\nJust ni sitter jag i skolan och har matte lektion, efter detta s\u00e5 ska jag g\u00e5 ner till gymmet. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret, tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lken och v\u00e4rm till max 37\u00b0. H\u00e4ll det \u00f6ver j\u00e4sten. Tills\u00e4tt \u00f6vriga ingredienser. Arbeta degen smidig. L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa under bakduk ca 30 min. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225\u00b0. Ta upp degen p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lad arbetsb\u00e4nk. Dela den i 35 bitar och baka ut enkla lussekatter. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 pl\u00e5tar med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Garnera med russin. L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa ca 20 min. Pensla med uppvispat \u00e4gg. Gr\u00e4dda i mitten av ugnen 5-8 min.
