BELIEVE ME because I know. Not everyone can get a thigh gap, if you have wide hips your legs are naturally placed farther apart and you will get a thigh gap even if you have fat on your inner thighs. If your hips are narrow and your legs are closer together, it does not matter how thin you are because it will not be a gap in any case. A good example is my little sister Tilde who is 13 years old and only weighs 35 kg. Most of her friends in the same age weigh up to 50-65 kg and are completely normal in size. Even though she is so thin she dousnt have a thigh gap and she is still thinner than average.<br \/>However, to burn fat the main tool is to doing cardio. Muscles takes \u00a0a lot of space too so if you want a thigh gap you should work your legs so much. If you want my opinion I think its a thousnad times sexier with toned muscluar legs than just two &#8221;sticks&#8221; that comes out fro the upper body so I work my legs by doing squats and lunges to get a nice bum, but that wont give you a thighgap. So to have a thigh gap your cardio goal should be to burn fat without gaining so much muscle mass in the thighs. Good wys of cardio is, running, bicykling, elliptical training and powerwalking.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>But remember, a thigh gap makes no one happy. Alla kan inte f\u00e5 ett thigh gap, om man har breda h\u00f6fter s\u00e5 \u00e4r benen naturligt placerade l\u00e4ngre ifr\u00e5n varandra och du kommer att f\u00e5 ett thigh gap \u00e4ven ifall du har fett p\u00e5 insidan av l\u00e5ren. Om dina h\u00f6fter \u00e4r smala och dina ben sitter n\u00e4rmre varandra spelar det ingen roll hur smal du \u00e4r f\u00f6r det kommer inte bli ett mellanrum i vilket fall. Ett bra exempel \u00e4r min lillasyster Tilde som \u00e4r 13 \u00e5r och bara v\u00e4ger 35 kilo. De flesta i hennes \u00e5lder v\u00e4ger upp mot 50-65 kg och \u00e4r helt normala i storlek. \u00c4ven fast hon \u00e4r s\u00e5 liten och tunn s\u00e5 g\u00e5r hennes l\u00e5r ihop och hon \u00e4r \u00e4nd\u00e5 smalare \u00e4n genomsnittet.<br \/>\nI vilket fall, f\u00f6r att br\u00e4nna fett \u00e4r den mest effektiva tr\u00e4ningsformen konditionstr\u00e4ning. Men s\u00e5nna \u00f6vningar \u00e4r inget att f\u00f6redra om man endast fokuserar p\u00e5 att ha smala ben och mellanrum mellan l\u00e5ren.\u00a0<br \/>F\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ett mellanrum mellan l\u00e5ren s\u00e5 ska man fokusera p\u00e5 att br\u00e4nna fett utan att l\u00e4gga p\u00e5 sig allt f\u00f6r mycket muskler p\u00e5 benen. Bra konditionstr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r att br\u00e4nna fettet \u00e4r att springa, power walka, cykla och g\u00e5 p\u00e5 cross trainern.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nMen komih\u00e5g, ett thigh gap g\u00f6r ingen lycklig.
