I got some questions if I could write how many calories I burn at the different classes at the gym. I exercise at a swedish gym SATS. Its a quite famous gym in Sweden and they have almost every classes you can wish for. And I guess that even if you are from another country they have these classes at your gym too but the class might have a different name so I posted videos of every class that I have tried too!\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nRemember that the amount of calories I burn might wont be the calorie amount you burn. Its based on my weight, hight, sex and how intensive my workout was. My Weight is 54 kg and my height is 167 cm. If you weight more you probably burn more calories than I do and if you weight less you probably burn less.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nHej! Men eftersom att SATS \u00e4r ett v\u00e4ldigt stort gym och har ett v\u00e4ldigt stort utbud av klasser som oftast finns p\u00e5 de flesta gym. Men p\u00e5 andra gym har klasserna kanske andra namn. Men det finns en video till alla klasserna som ni kan titta p\u00e5 hur det g\u00e5r till!<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nKom ih\u00e5g att kalori antalet som jag br\u00e4nner kanske inte \u00e4r desamma som du br\u00e4nner under samma pass. Kaloriantalet som jag br\u00e4nner \u00e4r utifr\u00e5n min vikt, l\u00e4ngd, k\u00f6n och hur intensiv tr\u00e4ningen \u00e4r. Jag br\u00e4nner allts\u00e5 olika varje g\u00e5ng beroende p\u00e5 hur tunga vikter jag anv\u00e4nder och hur intensivt jag jobbar. Men det \u00e4r ju oftast ungef\u00e4r samma antal kalorier varje g\u00e5ng. Jag v\u00e4ger 54 kg och \u00e4r 167 cm l\u00e5ng.
