And to build muscles you need protein. So after my training I mostly have a protein bar as a quick snack at the gym (eating real food when i come home, this should not be a compliment to a real meal as lunch\/dinner etc).\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSo I want to tip you about the protein bars i have, they are delicious and between 17 &#8211; 19 g protein in one bar. Amazing!\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nIts Atkins Advantage bars. I buy them at a swedish supermarket called ICA but this isnt a swedish brand so I guess you can find it in your countrys too if you dont live in sweden. S\u00e5 efter tr\u00e4ningar brukar jag f\u00f6r det mesta \u00e4ta en protein bar. (Jag \u00e4ter riktig mat n\u00e4r jag kommer hem, en protein bar \u00e4r ett mellis och ska inte ers\u00e4tta riktig mat som frukost\/lunch\/middag). Jag brukar \u00e4ta Atkins Advantage Bars och de inneh\u00e5ller upp till 19 gram protein per bar. Hur bra som helst!
