The more &#8221;healthy&#8221; you eat, the more difficult it tends to be because healthy foods such as broccoli and whole grains often makes you feel full and its hard to get in the large amount of. But its always easier to drink energy than eating it, therefore it is easier to drink a glass of orange juice than eating 4-5 oranges, it is easier to drink a glass of milk than to eat the equivalent amount yogurt with spoon etc.. Another way to get more energy is to eat many small meals through the whole day, add a snack in the morning, take one extra fruit in the afternoon, eat something for recovery after exercise, and perhaps add nigh snack\/meal in the evening.
