Its called SHAPE and its a functional strength training with varied exercises for the entire body. We use body weight, board, weights and rubber bands to make the workout challenging.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nToday when I woke up I was super sore in my legs and but and even in my back! I really recommend this class cause it was so fun and I love waking up and feel sore. That means that I did someting good yesterday!\u00a0<br \/>\nI burned 426 calories in 45 minutes at this class.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nIg\u00e5r var jag p\u00e5 ett nytt pass p\u00e5 gymmet. (Jag gymmar p\u00e5 SATS f\u00f6r er som undrar). Passet kallas f\u00f6r SHAPE och det \u00e4r funktionell styrketr\u00e4ning med varierade \u00f6vningar f\u00f6r hela kroppen. Vi anv\u00e4nder oss av kroppstyngd, br\u00e4da, vikter och gummiband f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra tr\u00e4ningen utmanande.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nKlassen var verkligen j\u00e4tte rolig och p\u00e5 morgonenen n\u00e4r jag skulle resa mig upp var det n\u00e4st in till om\u00f6jligt. Jag har super tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk i rumpan och i ryggen! Men det \u00e4r bra, det betyder att jag gjorde n\u00e5gontin bra ig\u00e5r p\u00e5 gymmet!
